Liked nothing - ok the lady who checked us in was nice. There must be bogus "good" reviews on this property because that's how we picked it and we were totally disappointed. Room: carpet dirty and stained, 1/2 roll of toilet paper, two tiny soaps, bed linens were worn and the pillows smelled like someone's greasy head! There is no housekeeping unless you ask for it. Didn't bother. Had to ask for more tp, Kleenex, towels and waited all day to get them. Food: The so-called breakfast was a joke. Tables not cleaned after use, over crowded, cold eggs and waffles. Food was not replenished, no fruit or yogurt. Trash everywhere. Oh did I mention that a kid threw up in the breakfast area and a staff member came and wiped up with paper towels! 2 elevators were small and very slow. I definitely would not recommend this place. Hey, on the bright side, parking was free and it was close to ESPN sports complex, the reason we were there.

Just awful. Would have rather slept in my car. The room smelled like a doghouse. Staff was great and moved us to another room that was much better but the hallways were filled with linens & towels on the floor. Just really poor condition for this hotel to have an avg of 8.8 on yelp.

We stay by 21-25 Dic 2024 for the first time. Great location near, American & Latin cuisine Restaurants, store, near to Old Town. Greeting from staff and attention is great. Breakfast buffet, real Breakfast are awesome and food services personnel very professional. If your travel with children this is the best place to stay .For me will be return in the near future

The property was disappointing because the hot tub did not work as advertised (it was not even close to hot, which is ridiculous because it is literally why we stayed here!), the pool was not heated as advertised, and the room-key reader on the door continually did not work.

Property was great on the outside, but inside, it was run down, poorly cared for, and very dirty. The public restrooms were out of handsoap, every hand sanitizing machine was broken or empty and covered with dirt and debris. Public carpets were covered in debris during our entire stay. The elevator floors were peeling up and in disrepair. Breakfast was included, but didn't have many options, and the coffee was the worst I've had. As far as the room, the door did not seal fully and the locks were loose. The bathroom fixtures were barely operable. The beds were hard and unconformable with small, square pillows. We asked for an extra roll of toilet paper during our stay because the 1 roll provided for a room of 5 was insufficient for our 3-day stay. We were given an industrial roll for the public restroom as they were out of regular rolls. Also, the hotel ran out of towels and could not restock our room. We also requested 2 extra blankets for the beds, but they could only provide 1. I would say for a high volume tourist hotel near Disney, this one falls extremely short of the mark.

Close to Old Town which was good for dining and entertainment when not visiting parks. Linen was not clean as mentioned in other reviews. Carpet had bad smell. Bathroom was clean. If it weren’t for the linen and carpet I would recommend this hotel.

We will be back! Centrally located but out of sight. Nicer than most of the hotels around it, by a lot. Great price. But literally being in the back of old town and fun spot. You can't run out of things to do. We're already making plans to come back.
