Deceiving price, bad management
Publié le 11 août 2018 sur HomeAwayAs we registered we were charged $184 "resort fee" that wasn't included in the already payed price. Management ended up saying it was Home Away's fault for not copying and pasting their entire website information (as if they weren't responsible for what's on Home Away) and that I got the place at a really good price anyway. The front desk explained that happens often. No responsability what so ever. Never got my money back. Appliances were very outdated. Street to entrance of the hotel was full of holes. Only good thing was the police presence. They did were quick to fix an a/c issue.

Clean, functional and great location to Disney Parks

If I were to have ANY complaint (and this is a stretch) I would say we would have liked to be provided with toilet paper (only left over rolls in each bathroom, no extras) and paper towels (same thing) so we wouldn’t have had to make a trip to purchase these items on our first night of arrival. The carpet on the stairs was a little dirty and worn. Everything else was amazing! We would definitely book this again in the future!
