Cuenta con lo basico. Le falta un poco de mantenimiento y hay personas en los balcones, olores a cigarrillo y hasta desechos de mascotas. El desayuno muy basico.

Muchas gracias por elegir hospedarse con nosotros y por tomarse el tiempo para evaluar su estadía.Lamentamos mucho los inconvenientes que pueda ocasionar el hecho de que la gente fume en el balcón y también las mascotas. Recientemente hemos realizado cambios en los que ya no se aceptan mascotas y ahora contamos con un área designada para fumadores. Sus comentarios se compartirán con el departamento correspondiente para tomar decisiones informadas y estar seguros de que ningún huésped futuro los experimente en el futuro.Esperamos que nos brinde otra oportunidad para brindarle un mejor servicio la próxima vez que su destino sea Altamonte Springs.

Nice pool, the Deluxe suite is two rooms and was easy to set up our massage table. It could be nicer if they provided a little better breakfast menu. Anyway they need to do better at cleaning the rooms as far as washing the walls every once in a while and not using a dirty mop to mop the floors spreading dirty water mop buckets from one room to the next room and never getting down on your hands and knees to wipe down a floor, rinse in clean water and repeat. Especially when you use light colored grout and it is black ialong the main walking paths. And you can see how gross the floors are after you spill something and clean it up yourself .. The rag when wiped up the floor was nasty.

The room had full size beds instead of queen size beds. That was not the main issue. The mattresses were very very poor, and no one got a good nights sleep. So, instead of sleeping overnight Sunday into Monday, we cut our trip short. The person at the desk could not issue a refund for the 1 night. I would like the refund of the cost of one night back to me Amex card, please.

Thank you, Anthony, for sharing your feedback regarding your recent stay. We deeply regret the substandard experience you had and apologize for any inconvenience. After investigating your concerns, our staff would have made every effort to accommodate you by offering alternative rooms but as mentioned in our phone call they had not made the staff aware that the beds were uncomfortable to them. Also, in regard to the refund also mentioned in our phone call unfortunately your family checked out late last night dues to wanting to relax and shower, it was explained to them if they would have checked out by 11am, we would have been able to refund a night's stay, but they wanted the extra time to use the room we do apologize for any issues.

Lo único que me gustó fue que tenía un Walgreens cerca, el aire acondicionado no dejó de hacer ruidos durante la noche, los alrededores sucios y el piso del cuarto no estaba tan limpio como parecía
