Celebration FL getaway

Great base for exploring Celebration, playing golf, eating, drinking, shopping, visiting Parks & the coasts. Enjoyed Wilson Restaurant facility though 10pm close seems a little early. Only gripe was pool cleanliness which could be improved, didn’t stop me using but not perfect

Great location and staff. This room needs work

Staff was fabulous.Room needs deep clean and repair. When we turned on bathroom faucets, water was brown and then black and sediment was all in the sink. It then cleared after a few minutes but I wasn’t about to use it to brush my teeth. Staff gave me plenty of bottled water to brush teeth and rinse toothbrush. May need new pipes etc. Hopefully it’s been fixed since I alerted staff and showed pictures. Rest of faucets didn’t have that issue. Bathroom shower and floor grout needs professional cleaning, rework and sealing. Looks dirty beyond what a cleaning crew can do in their regular cleaning. Kitchen cabinet facing needs a good cleaning too. No sponge or dish towel to dry dishes. Location is awesome, close to parks and food store.

Fun weekend!

The Condo was nice and comfortable and there were lots of things for the kids (and adults) to do. Only surprise was no oven in the kitchen. But we would definitely stay here again.

They let us upgrade rooms when we got there. Pool side view and other accommodations. Professional and polite. Got a free pizza for signing up for rewards. Pool is amazing and location is perfect.

Horrible customer service

Tried contacting property multiple time with no response. The floor I. The room was filthy. Are feet were black if we walked around barefoot. When we got there they told us that we needed to pay an additional $90 for the dog. The bar was out of a lot of drinks and cost more then they did on Disney property.

Great location and value.

This place is close to everything and service was better that Average but room was not 100% ready. We had to request a sheet and blanket for the sleeper sofa and washcloths for the bathrooms. Really a house keeping issue but the front desk responded quickly to correct. The value for the money spent was much better than expected. I frequent Orlando and this will be on my preferred list.

Great place and convenient location!!

We went for a wedding and want yo stay somewhere close to the place and Disney, Melia did the job , also we expended few hours at the pool they have a DJ we had a great time. Nice hotel.

Celebration area getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed staying at Melia. The condo/apt was plenty of space and fairly well equipped (a couple of addl kitchen things would have been nice, but we were able to pick those items up in town easily). Beds were comfortable, unit very clean. Overall a great place with a wonderful pool and restaurant/bar and located very close to Celebration and Disney. My only recommendation for improvement was communication with the property manager. I had a hard time figuring out the benefits of renting through VRBO vs directly through the complex since the property manager appeared to be Melia. We think the main difference was the option of daily housekeeping received booking through the resort directly. It was just hard to get clarification via email or phone. Overall, I would recommend this property and would book through them again.

Very Therapeutic!!

We stayed here following a major surgery and this property was exactly what the doctor ordered. The staff were great from the front desk to the housekeeping and grounds people. It was soo close to everything that we needed during our stay. I definitely will want to stay there again.
