Très bel hôtel. 5 a 7, déjeuner avec l’embarras du choix. Seul ombre au tableau il en coûte 15$ pour se stationner.

The parking / entry situation is pretty bad if you arrive later in the day like people with families often do. During check-in, we had no other other option than behind the hotel, across from the loading dock and had to walk around in darkness.
Upon entry, the lobby was very nice and well maintained, but I really couldn't tell you more about this property because I was denied entry to a room I paid for at 9:30pm with three children waiting in a car because I failed to notify them that I didn't show (but paid for) the night before.
But here I was this night...and the room was not so, in addition to scrambling around trying to find lodging for my family days after a hurricane, I'm currently trying to get refunded for a room I wasn't allowed to have.
You've been warned.

This experience is a bit befuddling to us as the reservation you had for October 11th was a no-show and I am unable to find any data or details regarding any interactions with our team the following day. I would want to believe our team would have been willing to reach out to Expedia on your behalf even though we are unable to modify reservations made through a third-party as was the case in your case and the decision would have ultimately been made by Expedia, not the hotel.
