Executive 5 Bed 4 Bath Villa - South Facing Pool & Spa only 15 mins from Disney

We welcome you to stay at our villa situated on the gated community of The Shire a peaceful high end community at West Haven. It is ideally placed for all of central Floridas attractions. The Disney Parks are only 15 minutes away, Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure and Legoland are within easy reach.
You are also ideally placed for some of the best shops, bars and restaurants that central Florida has to offer.
The beautiful sand and sea of the gulf coast is not too far away and on the east coast you will find the beaches of Cocoa beach and Daytona and also the space centre.
Our villa has a spacious family room with a large luxurious leather corner settee and separate armchair. You will find a 60 inch flat screen HD TV which has a DVD player and Xbox attached. The family room joins up with the open plan kitchen where you will find an island, a breakfast table with four chairs and there is also a breakfast bar with three bar stools.
The kitchen is equipped with new stainless steel appliances - cooker, microwave, fridge freezer (with water and ice cube dispenser) and dishwasher. The formal lounge and dining area adjoins the kitchen and family lounge. It has an eight seat dining table and two sofas (one of which converts into a double bed).
Downstairs there is a queen bedroom with bathroom which has a walk in shower, toilet and hand-basin, this can also be reached from the family lounge.
The garage has been converted into a games room which has a slate bed American pool table, bar football and air hockey.
Through the patio door off the kitchen/family room you access the lanai pool area, where you will find a dining table with six rattan chairs, a free to use BBQ (just supply your own gas) and six contemporary sun loungers with cushion pads. The swimming pool and spa have coloured lights which light up at night. Pool and spa heat is an optional extra.
Upstairs the Master suite and guest king bedroom open onto the balcony which overlooks the pool and conservation area.
The master suite has a huge en-suite with a walk in shower, two hand basins, a bath, a separate toilet and there is also a massive walk in dressing room (which could be used as a nursery).
The guest king bedroom also has an en-suite with toilet, hand basin and bath with shower over,
Upstairs you will also find two twin bedrooms which can be made up for boys, girls or adults.
There is a family bathroom with toilet, hand basin and bath with shower over and also there is the laundry room with washing machine and drier, you are provided with ironing board and iron.
All bedrooms have TVS.
At the clubhouse which is free to use for our guests (a $50 refundable deposit for the entry card is required) you will find two tennis courts, ping pong table, gym, beach volley ball and a large outdoor pool.

Family reunion and birthday celebration holiday
Our 23 day holiday stay was a long time in the making and it proved everything we could have hoped for with the property being perfect for all the family. The rental house is as described on the VRBO website, clean, well equipped and very appropriate for my family party of 6 adults and 3 children. The owners of the property have been so helpful all the way through the booking and stay periods. The local management company employed by the owners were superb and very friendly, providing everything that you need for a great stay. I cannot compliment the owners and management company enough and next time I need a 5 bed house in the area we will return to this property. Very satisfied overall.

BEWARE COCKROACHES
Stayed here for one week. Check in fine. House seemed clean and tidy but to our surprise the morning greeted us with a cockroach scurrying on the kitchen floor. Notified owner with a friendly just so you know email.The next day there were more and eveyday after. Climbing on cupboards, inside cupboards and on the floor were baby cockroaches larger and medium ones. Made for an uneasy stay and an unusable kitchen.. There were also countless tiny bugs all over the kitchen and in the sink. Contacted vrbo after our stay and then the owner reached out and basically said ob well. He then said someone entered and sprayed but we were never contacted by a call, email or note at door or on counter. That is unacceptable to find this out 2 weeks after our stay. Also the beds are lumpy so dont plan on any sleep. If you stay here youll be busy killing bugs anyways. Avoided any length of time in this house. Stayed in many vrbo houses in florida and other southern states and have never dealt with anything like this. save yourself a headache and keep searching

Nice house. There are a few things that would of made the stay better. There are little bugs all over the counter by the sink. They were constantly there. The water tasted horrible for drinking...it tasted like it is chlorinated. The master bed was comfortable but the other two big beds were not. The bed upstairs caved into the center. I feel a VRBO should have extra trash bags, dish soaps, and things to make people flying a little more comfortable. Raise the rates if you have to. We can't fly back with all the things we bought. That doesn't affect my rating but it sure would be helpful. We had two days that the pool was not heating. We paid for seven.

Lovely and spacious home
We really enjoyed our stay! The pool was very nice. The temps were pretty cool while we were there—in the low 60’s—so we waited to swim until the afternoons when the water had more time to warm up. The hot tub was nice and warm! We also enjoyed the game room! It was nice to have several games to play out there. The house was beautifully decorated and had plenty of room for everyone. It was nice to have several tables as well to do puzzles, play games, and eat at. The living room couches were super comfy as well. It was a nice quiet neighborhood and we enjoyed many walks around the area. It was nice having tennis courts available as well.

This house is spectacular!! I love the layout, bathrooms and king suites! We asked a question and the owners shot back a response so fast! Perfect for a family. We had Christmas down here and it was great. The only downside was the first floor bathroom has a pretty strong sewer smell off and on. The water kettle was moldy and a few things were not as cleaned, like dishes and the pool but a quick was in the dishwasher and we were good. Don't let my comments stop you! This house is great! The pool and hot tub was so worth it!

A great family break
This was without doubt one of the best villas we have stayed in. We have been coming to Orlando on many occasions and have stayed in numerous types of accommodation but this place was like home from home. Everything you could wish for was available, and the pool and hot tube was great after long days at the parks. The communication with Mark and Sally was excellent and nothing was to much trouble. When we go back this will be the place we will want to stay in Thank you Sally and Mark.

Property, management and owners could not have been any nicer or easier to deal with. The booking process and payment plan was excellent. The villa was beautiful, spotlessly clean and close to all amenities needed including the parks. It was a luxurious home away from home and can't wait to go back. I would highly recommend this villa if going to Orlando for a nice peaceful vacation or a busy, all the parks and then relax by your own pool holiday. 10 out of 10

Great for 2 families!
Checking in was a breeze! Instructions were easy to follow. We were 2 families with 5 kids/teenagers and 5 adults. Everyone had a place to sleep and there was plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. The kids loved the pool! We loved the two master bedrooms! The house looked almost exactly the same as in the pictures. It was clean and we felt at home for the 6 nights we were there. There are some handy information binders in the kitchen to help guests with information with check-in, checkout, and helpful tips for shopping and restaurants. I also loved the visitor book! We did not have any problems during our stay and I only had one question and Mark responded quickly. I recommend this house for any families and we would stay again if we head to Florida again!

Family Vacation
This was an amazing vacation and we LOVED the villa! It was well equipped, clean, and we couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! This villa made our vacation comfortable, and extremely enjoyable! We spent lots of time in the pool and hot tub, and that was a huge plus as our granddaughters are part fish!!! We will definitely rent again if we head to Florida! Sally and Mark were very helpful with any concerns and responded almost immediately to any questions I had. Thanks again for helping make our vacation memorable!

Great House in Davenport
We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and the neighbourhood felt very safe and quiet. The house is very roomy, and easily accommodated our large family. The location is perfect for us, since we like to visit Disney and travel to Tampa for hockey games. We had no issues at all during our stay. We hope to return next year!

Our communication with Mark and Sally was fantastic from the beginning to the end. Their response was always prompt. Had a minor issue with the grill when we arrived but management answered my call immediately and showed up within 30 minutes. Wonderful to deal with! The villa is exactly as shown in the pictures and as described. Enjoyed our stay! Pool and spa temperatures were great since the weather cooperated too. Would not hesitate to stay here again!

Fantastic place
Property just as pictured. Beautiful home and property. We had fun swimming in the pool and sitting in the hot tub after long walking days at the parks. The pack n play and high chair were no there when we arrived, but this was quickly resolved and someone brought one out to us within the hour of making the phone call when we arrived!! Great service and quick response time/ highly recommend.

Christmas at Disney
We really enjoyed our stay the week before Christmas. It was a wonderful place to relax after long days at the parks. The commute to Disney without heavy traffic was about 15-20 minutes, but a very easy drive. Champions Gate had everything we needed and the neighborhood itself was safe and beautiful. We chose to heat the pool and really enjoyed it! The home was well stocked and there was tons of space for our family. The communication was great and they were very informative, even have a great pizza recommendation!

Perfect house for everyone.
We absolutely loved our vacation at this property. It was big enough to host all 9 of us with room to spare. Everyone had their own space which was perfect after the long days of fun. The house had everything we needed and more. We all looked forward to walking through those doors at the end of the day. Our hosts were great communicators and very accomodating. It was a pleasure dealing with them and we would certainly stay there again.
