C’est loin d’être un déjeuner continental car qu’il y a seulement muffin, barre tendre, café et gruau. Pas de lait, du coffe mate seulement Aucun fruit

Room was dirty, the room was supposed to be non-smoking but it smelled of smoke and there were cigarette butts in the room. Smoke detector was going off when I arrived and I was told the employee that could turn it off was not there. I asked for a different room but was told that was the only room available at that price. They wanted me to pay more for an upgrade. At least they did give me my money back.

This hotel is run down and shabby. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. My initial room came with a surprise- there were people already occupying the room. I was given a second room but it made me concerned for my safety. How did I know this wouldn’t happen to me? The breakfast was a NutriGrain bar and coffee. On the second day, I went down stairs around 8ish and there was no coffee. Their rooms don’t even have a small coffee maker (as most hotels offer now). My experience with Extended Stay hotels has been a real disappointment. I’ll be avoiding this chain (and this hotel) like the plague. Never again.

I enjoyed my stay as the room was big and did the job for what I was staying for. I chose this hotel because I was evacuating for Hurricane Milton, and the room had a bed, tv, A/C and a bathroom. My only negatives were the room key would quit working every time that I seemed to leave my room for some reason, additionally the shower was filthy. The sink and toilet were clean but the shower was not in good condition. Every thing else in the room was fine. The parking was great and I didn’t have any other issues. The walls were thin I must say and I could hear a lot of noise in the hallway. The room and hotel was cheap but you get what you pay for.

The room was filthy. The side of the fridge looked like it had never seen a cleaning supply. The microwave was even worse. The building smelt dirty and moldy. The grounds had cigarette butts all around even sawan employee throw their swisher sweet into the parking lot still burning. I stayed here to escape the hurricane and paid a ridiculous amount for 1 night stay. I am staying at a candlewood for 3 nights now and it $270.one night at the extended stay was $130
