Avis Family Friendly 15 Bed Game Pool Home in Veranda Palms

We enjoyed our stay and the management team was responsive. We had a lot of people and it’s not always easy to handle a party our size. But we will be back.

Where should I begin? The owner/ mgmt company is not responsive (pray you don't have an emergency). After several calls and messages He (William) finally responds and was NOT HELPFUL was EXTREMELY inconsiderate and lacked customer service skills. I initially, booked two homes with the same owner for convenience(huge mistake). The owner tried to move us from the second house five minutes away to another one which was 30 minutes away. He was very callous even though it was his error had no viable solution. As a result, I ended up having to book another house at the last minute with another owner the day before we were scheduled to check in. Now i have to dispute the charges with VRBO. The photos provided on the website must be from the first day it was staged because the home didn't look as good and was in disrepair. The property had the following issues: One of the beds on the first floor was broken (no one could sleep on it). The linen in the bedrooms were not clean, had to launder them ourselves. The couches both down and upstairs are broken down. One of the dining room tables (diassembled in the closet), the sliding glass door would not lock (fixed two days later after emailing and calling), a broken washing machine was sitting in the gameroom. Light bulbs need to be replaced as they were either out or flickering. Carpet on the stairs and upstairs needs to be shampooed. The house is in an active construction area. Homes are being built right across the street no advance notice of this resulting in tons of dust and dirt. Don't plan on sleeping in too late as there is noise from heavy machinery being used for the construction. Really big house, lots of space to hang out. Pool was really cool. Nice it had pans and dishes, towels for everyone. It was super each room has it own bathroom/ shower
