Located just 2 miles from Disney's Magic Kingdom, Epcot Center, Animal Kingdom, Hollywood Studios, and the ESPN Wide World of Sports Complex, and minutes to numerous restaurants and outlet malls. This well-equipped villa will surely make your visit to Florida comfortable and very memorable.

For people not familiar with the area, Kissimmee is part of the Orlando metropolitan area. For the exact location of the villa and proximity to the parks, zoom out slightly on the map below.

The villa has a very comfortable king bed, it is fully equipped with everything you need from towels, sheets, bathroom essentials, iron, silverware, cookware, coffee maker, and blender.

We want you to know that we are doing our part to help our guests to stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting touches surfaces ( lights, switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc ) before your check-in.

Although we are making these efforts to clean and disinfect, please take your own precautions.

Parking is a few steps away from the unit for convenience. At the clubhouse, also a few steps away, there are computers and printers for guests to use, gym, laundry room, heated pool, kids pool, hot tub, a BBQ area and basketball court.

Our goal is to make our guests as comfortable as possible. Easy access to the villa with self check-in and keyless entry door lock and free parking. We provide an initial supply of bathroom essentials such as soap, shampoo+conditioner, toilet paper and paper towels.

We can arrange a pack n play for an additional fee of $45 for an entire stay.

Communication with the host was relatively clear and always responded quickly. The room looked just as pictured and overall sleeping arrangements were very comfortable. The room was overall clean except for some leftover hair in the bathtub. Amenities were sub-par as the clubhouse was hardly ever open to be able to access the gym and the hot tub was out of order.

As Expected.
Perfectly what I expected for the price. Location was pretty great though! Everything was pretty dated, but it was definitely clean. Just some staining in the bathtub and scratches on the table/stovetop. The lack of an oven was very strange. There was no frying pan, so we had to bring our own which was kinda annoying. It's VERY small so 4 people would definitely be a stretch. Me and my SO were fine by ourselves though. The wiring was a little funky- the lamp on one of the bedsides would flicker and turn off randomly. The plug by the couch only worked with 2 of the outlets- the others seemed dead. Worth the price for the location though.

Overall really great stay. It was a perfect spot to have a home base for a conference down the road. One very minor issue is that WiFi was very slow, but I didn’t use it much as I was largely at the conference while staying here. As long as I don’t need to do work online, I’d happily stay here again, whether it’s for a conference or for going to Disney World.

Mother daughter trip to Universal Studios
Excellent property! You will not be disappointed with this condo. It has everything you need and is conveniently located to all Orlando has to offer. Check in is super easy and host is very attentive during your stay should you need anything. Property is extremely clean, comfortable, close to pool and club house, within a mile walk to ice cream & restaurants and about 20 min drive to Univeral Studios and 5 min drive to Old Town. Very close to Disney and all it has to offer. We spent a day shopping at Disney Springs which was fun! We had groceries delivered easily for the stay but be sure to order extra toiletries for a longer stay since those are limited. King bed is large and comfortable and the sofa sleeper in the living room folds out to make a nice size bed. You have a microwave, toaster and stove top for cooking up food (no oven) and everything worked great! Also a small coffee pot for the morning. Pool was nice and never very busy but sadly the hot tub was not working. I would recommend bringing large beach towels since they are not provided or buying them from the Walgreens down the road. It was a nice quiet complex and we were very happy with this stay! Check out process was quick and easy also which was nice. Mother daughter trip success!

Hidden gem
Great little place, clean & well kept, we had 2 adults and 1 teen and it was perfect. Plenty of linens and toiletries. Nice small kitchen and 2 tv’s. So close to Disney if that’s your destination. Another reviewer mentioned the bed is hard and yes it’s somewhat stiff, not ideal but you’re only there for a short time. I have back problems and it wasn’t a game changer. Located in a nice area and I saw security and police patrols often, seemed very safe. I would totally stay there again!

The unit was very clean and the living area has been updated. It was a great location for the area I needed. The unit was quiet and the living space was comfortable. Be advised this unit is on the second floor, which for me was not a problem, but if you have mobility issues be aware. Also, the bed was hard as a rock. I stayed 7 nights and dreaded going to sleep. The pillows were flat and the linens were worn. I would habe slept on the couch but there were no extra linens to use. Tatiana was very responsive and I appreciated her assistance. Other than the bed, I had a positive and experience.
