Everything was great some areas were not as clean as I would have liked it, but it was a great stay and did the job. Nice and convenient area.

Misrepresented and dangerous
One set of stairs were under construction, no lights in the entryway-we had to use our cell phone flashlight to enter code for access. We were met with a very strong chemical smell on entry that caused an asthma attack. There was an ozone machine running with a clear warning not to run while occupied. When I called to report, the host offered air fresheners. Stay away!!

Excellent property close to the parks and downtown. Our worst drive was 30 minutes due to slowdown on the interstate going to Disney Springs on Saturday night only. It was a great time

Great stay. Easy to get ubers and to the parks.
Enjoyed my stay. Host was very responsive with questions. The place had lots of extra amenities to make our stay easy. Would definitely stay agian! There is not a gym nor a hot tub but that was low on our priority list.

Not What It Appeared
We expected a nice place, based on the pictures. When we arrived, the stairs up to the unit were covered in "CAUTION TAPE" so we had to walk to another set to get upstairs. While the condo seemed to be what was in the pictures at first glance, we quickly realized they were older pictures and somethings were not even in the condo that was in the pictures. There was only 1 set of towels, no extra sheets or blankets for the sofa bed and there was dirt and food under one bed and dirt inside the sofa bed when we opened it. The mattress cover on the sofa bed was torn and old. When we were cleaning up to leave we took the sheets and pillow cases off to wash and noticed very disgusting stains on the pillows. We were sick that we found out we were sleeping on those things. Worse of all, there was no way to contact anyone immediately. I sent emails that didn't get answered until we were ready to leave. Not the best experience and definately not worth the price we paid.

Pool and hot tub was closed during our entire stay so we had to pay for family to go to water park on a day we had scheduled to stay at condo. TV turned on and off on its own. Could not get it to work properly. Place was listed as remodeled but needs many updates. Listed as gated community, however gate never closed…was always open. Condo seemed overall dirty.

Absolute most important criteria for any place we stay is the cleanliness of the property. This place was extremely clean and well maintained. Layout of the place was very comfortable, kitchen was set-up nicely. The 2 bedrooms and 2 baths gave us lots of room. Host was very responsive to any questions I had, and the entire process was very smooth. All in all a great stay. Thanks.

The apartment itself was nicely designed and clean. The beds were extremely comfortable, although the AC is loud in the guest room which is right next to the HVAC unit). However, this property is not as described. The "gate" for the gated community was permanently open and when you approach the property there is a massive trash bin with garbage overflowing. The pool was closed "by order of the City of Orlando" and the gym was weak at best (with little AC running in all the parts of it). Was disappointed and we left after the first night. We did receive a refund for half the stay, even though we only stayed one night out of the 5.

The pool was not open for use. If you are bringing teenagers to FL you expect a pool. And states that it is in a gated community, the gate was not closed any of the time we were there. Otherwise, it was close to downtown and clean. Only one TV in the condo, would be nice to have one in one if the bedrooms for the kids.

We were there from February 21th to March 14th. there and we felt very comfortable. The apartment is very well equipped with everything you need. If there are any problems, the host is very easy to reach and is there immediately to clarify the problems. The only negative. We were very unhappy that the pool was closed. Otherwise everything was great and we would love to come back

Unit was good; only 2 quibbles, one being apparent shortage of smoke detectors, and the fact that the gate to the complex was never closed (we had a keycard for it, though). Overall a good experience, and Razvan was very easy to communicate with, and very responsive.

Short-Term Stay in Orlando
The space was the perfect size for what we needed. And the location was also ideal. I felt the area was safe. Our biggest complaint is the cleanliness of the vents. The outside of the vents were extremely dusty and my whole family was dealing with throat and nose issues while in the apartment. We suspect there may be a mold issue. When we went out in the Orlando area outstide of the condo we felt much better. Unfortunately we needed a place to sleep indoors. The kitchen had the basics which was helpful for cooking some meals. However, the coffee and tea that was advertised were well over expired. We also had to purchase additional paper towels and toilet paper for our stay. This could be an excellent property and stay if it is given some TLC and thorough cleaning, especially in the vents.

In Orlando for the Soul II Soul tour
Everything was nice. Price was far. The only thing I didn't like was how low to the floor the bed in second bedroom was. All of us are in our fifties. Getting up off the bed on the floor was a drag.
