Had a great week. Only complaint was lack of garbage bags, dish soap, laundry soap and dishwasher detergent. Having a couple extra of each would have been nice as it was expensive to buy extras that we didn’t use most of.

After a 7 hour drive, place was walk in ready! Cool, nice music playing on the TVs… A good time was had.

Other guests were super noisy all the way up until 3-4am. Everywhere smelled like weed. Seemed pretty ghetto. Water park area with kids slide was not free like we were initially told. When I showed them evidence that it should be free, they stopped communicating with me as if they were mad. Pool and jacuzzi lights didn’t work and when I communicated it to there staff they did nothing about it. Was lied to about multiple things. By the way, this is 2 years in a row staying at Solterra and 2 years in a row of dealing with the same exact problems. If you’re looking for somewhere cheap to stay this is it, but I would strongly recommend you spend a little extra money to stay somewhere better. The staff weren’t helpful at all, they lie and give you empty promises. Will not be staying here anymore.

It was not terrible, but things I wish I knew prior to going, would have made me choose somewhere else to stay. First, I paid for the pool/hot tub to be heated, they said it would be on prior to us coming. It was not. We went 2 full days without someone coming to unlock the unit, I made many calls asking them to turn it on, with them saying someone is on the way, which they did not show. Every call I made cost me $$ since I didn’t have a calling plan for USA. Also to know, the heater is maxed at 86 degrees which is unfortunately for both the pool and hot tub, fine for the pool but hot tubs are usually 100-104 degrees. So just know you really have 2 pools not a pool and hot tub. They only give 1 towel and 1 hand towel per guest. So pack towels, it was hard with using it to go to the pool then wanting to shower right after. They give very minimal kitchen bakeware. We had 1 very used pizza size baking sheet for 10 guest, I had to buy one, oven takes a very long time to cook things. Also you will have to buy dish soap, paper towels toilet paper etc, they only give 1 roll for each bathroom. When it comes to the resort, you have to pay $37 extra for your guest to have access. It was a nice resort but very strict. You can not move chairs, you can not have any pool toys example, the kids had a mini football they were playing catch with and the staff took away, you can not jump in from the side of the pool. Basically no fun allowed. Again, just thinks I wish I knew before.

House was beautiful. Loved the pool area. Enjoyed how kids rooms were decorated with Disney themes.

Property was nice - having a private pool was a real plus. lots of room in the house. The house was mostly clean. Pool / jacuzzi heater heats to 90 degrees for $40/day and was key for us during our stay. The ad makes it seem like a charcoal BBQ is included but it’s extra. we were disappointed in numerous things: Beds were rock solid and pillows were flat. most people in our group woke up every morning with a sore neck or back. things were broken and when we reported it to the resort they said they would “have operations team look into it” but never replaced the items for us. Poor condition items included: broken XBox controller, pool cues, and toaster. Everything felt done very cheap / like they were trying to get $ for every little thing. We had to pay $37 for the access to the pool/gym/ “waterpark” which is the lazy river which was cold and 1 water slide. ad said free waterpark access. this was disappointing. You are only given 2 garbage bags for your stay and not enough dishes/ laundry tabs for 1 week. Worst of all: carbon monoxide alarm went off, we were told maintenance would come “when they can because they have scheduled repairs” I would think emergency trumps schedules? and they said we didn’t need to stay for them to come. then they never inspected because someone wasn’t home when they were there. when inquiring about this again no one had any clue what we were talking about. they had no concern for our emergency and never addressed it.

I liked the space and facilities of the house. In addition, the location is accessible to shopping, restaurants and supermarkets and easy parking. I didn't like that the home security alarm is active on three consecutive days for no reason, and we tried to turn off the alarm sound as per the video instructions provided by the system, but it doesn't work. The system automatically deactivated the sirens after an hour. The host responds with a message stating that the technical staff must come to the property to check the system, but no one arrives.

Overall stay 10/10. Checkin very smooth. House very easy to find and clean. Beds are a little hard but okay for our stay. Very little parking around the house.
