Welcome to sunny Florida! Our villa has everything you need for a perfect holiday making you feel right at home in this elegant 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa with private pool and spa.


UPDATES: Very recently our home has had brand new King and Queen beds replaced in the two master bedrooms and a new sleeper sofa bed was added in the main living area. The entire house was painted both interior and exterior including the pool deck. All four kitchen appliances were recently replaced. The televisions have been upgraded to flat screens with a 55' in the family room, 42' in the main master bedroom and the other rooms each have a 32' in them for use. Spectrum cable package with over 250 channels for your enjoyment. The sofa and love seat have been recently updated with a nice plush brown leather set. All shower heads have been updated to rain shower spa heads with 98 stream openings. A new BBQ grill is waiting in the garage for your enjoyment. Many additional wall decorations as well as a new track light in the kitchen to brighten up this area of the home. A new Keurig coffee machine as well!


Silver creek is conveniently located 10 minutes away from Disney's Magic Kingdom and 15 to 20 minutes away from other theme parks (Universal Studios, Animal Kingdom, Sea World and more). Our villa is located 33 minutes away from Orlando international airport.


Our kitchen offers you all the facilities for a home made meal but when you wish to eat out there are many restaurants along hwy #192 which cater to all tastes. Examples are Hurricane Grill & Wings, Gators Dockside, Carrabba's Italian Grill & Texas Roadhouse.


Our villa allows you to relax around the pool and spa deck, where you will be able to enjoy a nice cold refreshment while you watch the majestic Florida sunset with our south facing pool deck. Also from the pool deck you have a nice view of the lake with no neighbors on the west side of the house. It is a beautiful green space to enjoy.


One mile from the driveway brings you to hwy #27 with access to Hurricane Grill & Wings at the corner of Woodcrest Way and hwy #27, Walmart, Publix grocery stores, Dollar Tree, Lowes and many other store located up and down hwy #27. Banks and medical centers as well.


Enjoy golf at one of the many championship golf courses located in either direction within 5 miles.


Our property offers you:

Sleeps 6-8 persons, 3 bedrooms: 3 bathrooms: optional 2 guests on pull out couch in living room area, screened in pool and spa with covered eating area on the pool deck.

Master bedroom #1: master ensuite with access to the pool and spa deck through bathroom, new KING size bed, cable TV 42' flat screen, walk in closet, shower, toilet, sink.

Master bedroom #2: master ensuite with shower, toilet, and sink, new queen size bed, cable TV 32' flat screen, closet-safe with window facing woodcrest way.

Bedroom #3: 2 single beds, 42' flat screen SMART TV with WiFi access for Netflix and other streaming services, window facing Woodcrest Way with full bathroom located across the hall.

Bathroom: shower bathtub combo, sink toilet, vanity.

Kitchen: all major appliances, kitchen table set for 4, 2 chairs at island counter, fully equipped for 8 or more people. Keurig, blender, all utensils plus some specialty utensils, microwave and many other required cook ware for that special meal at home.

Lounge: cable TV upgraded to a SMART 55' flat screen, DVD player, telephone with free North America calling, 3 person sofa with pull out bed, 2 person love seat, coffee table and end tables, patio door to directly access the pool area.

Nice home

The home was very nice. A well kept pool with security fence, if you have young ones. Having three bathrooms was a plus, especially the one had a tub you could enjoy just to relax. Would recommend to my friends. One thing I didn't enjoy was the alarm, I set it offer on arrival.

We stayed for 6 days and the house was perfect for our needs. The kitchen is fully stocked with amenities , including a keurig machine. Very Clean. We paid to have hot tub/ pool heater turned on and it was worth it ( October stay ). Excellent communication and quick responses when needed. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Comfiest master bed & very clean

My husband and I (30) stayed at this house at the end of my 30th birthday trip from Destin. I wanted to head to Volcano Bay before we headed home. We found this house and so glad we did!! It was in a beautiful quiet neighborhood right by a small lake/pond. It is in a HOA community. Only bad thing about it is its quite a drive from the main road to get back too. It's a way's back but at least it's nice and quiet! When we got to the house we got our instructions and on the instructions it stated we did not need to do anything for the alarm system once we entered the house. (we found out the hard way, we had to type in the code again. that was a loud alarm!) But other then that first mistake we were good after that. We checked out the rooms and bathrooms and everything looked simple and pretty clean! Kitchen was a nice size for what we needed. Master bedroom very nice, and loved the walk in closet! Other bad thing, the master bathroom needs to be in the queen bed room. That bathroom and shower in the queen bed room was so much nicer and roomier as a whole than the one in the master bath. Two seats in the master shower is not roomy. We just ended up using the bigger bathroom. But we LOOOVEDD the pool!! We also got heat in the hot tub since the pool was dirty upon arrival. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We appreciated it very much! Even out at the pool seeing the lake was just beautiful! LOVED the sunsets!! Thank you for such a great and comfortable stay! We would return

Love! Love! Love!

I absolutely loved this home. The space was a nice size and my party of 8 slept comfortable. It was very clean and as pictured. I loved the fact that the house came with so much. The garage contained pool floats, beach toys, an umbrella that came in handy, coolers , chairs… etc!!!! The view of the lake was nice while we grilled and chilled by the pool. My son really enjoyed his birthday. The check in process was smooth as well and the hosts respond pretty quickly. There is so much more I could say, I would definitely book again.

Girls trip to Disney

We had a lovely stay at the house, Steve was great at responfingbto my questions before and during our stay! It was perfect for myself and my daughters. Close to alot of great restaurants and attractions. The washer and dryer were nice to have to not over pack, i fo wish the quick wash on the was washer was actually quick. Lol but i can't have it all. The twin beds were loud when sitting or flipping over in the night. Love the fact, that if we left any food behind, what was unopened would be donated. I even added to the collection of pool toys! You have a great place, definitely we would stay again! Thank you!

Good times

This was a nice little home with good access to local businesses. Very well kept and bright. Neighborhood seemed ok. It was better where the house is actually located. Over all good experience and would recommend to any small family. Private pool was a big plus!

overall stay was good

property was good. pool was clean, although it should have some kind of child lock.. king and queen bed was comfortable in the bigger bedrooms.. both twins squeak and move too much.. bathrooms were pretty clean, although they could use a deep clean. locking of the doors was easy. our only issue was we arrived after 4 and cleaning people were still there, we waited out back at the pool while they finished. communication with them was smooth for the most part, although when communicating that we got in late, there was not even an apology or acknowledgement that i even said it. we happen to leave things behind and was able to retrieve them the following day, so that was nice to be able to get them back overall was good

This house is Amazing. It had everything we needed to prepare short quick meals on our off days. We enjoyed the pool and the hot tub every evening after a long day at the park. It nice to have plenty of pool towels. The new floor looked, the comfortable beds and tons of tv channels. Have the light switches labeled was a plus too. We Definitely stay with them again thank you for opening your house and letting us stay with us.

We were very disappointed when we entered the house, it was not the elegant villa you described in the description of your property. The following items should have been resolved before we arrived. Someone is not doing their job. 1. Two light bulbs were out in the kitchen overhead light fixture. 2. Three-way lamps had regular light bulbs 3. No power in outlets in two bathrooms. Cleaning team should have notice the problem because the nightlights were out. 4. Towels were very thin and had a distinctive odor to them 5. No furniture in the dining room 6. Tall chairs at the island need to be fixed, backs were loose. 7. Iron leaking water. 8. Ironing board had stains 9. Bathroom cabinet doors need to be replaced, finish peeling off, held on with tape. 10. No storage space for groceries 11. Reported screen separated from the frame, took them a week to came and fix it. I must say the beds were very comfortable. The area was very nice, and the house was centrally located.
