It was much cleaner and nicer than the others I've stayed at in the area. I will be staying here again for future work trips.

Everything was great but the breakfast. The breakfast was just horrible - no bread, no yogurt, no fruits. Just stale doughnuts and powder eggs.

Rooms were very clean and beds were really comfortable. We were here because we had evacuated Tampa for hurricane Milton. We stayed at three different hotels during our evacuation. We checked out of all three hotels early, as we kept moving closer to home. This was the only hotel of the 3 that refused to refund us for our unused nights. They told us that was because the booking was made through Expedia. I told them that two other hotels booked through Expedia had given us the refunds, and that Expedia told me it was at the discretion of the hotel. It isn't price gouging but I will be reporting them to the state for attempting to profit from my misfortune.

Thank you for the review, Christopher. There seems to have been a miscommunication, as we told you check out we cannot refund you DIRECTLY. You need to contact Expedia to process a refund as the hotel did not charge your credit card for payment. We apologize if this wasn't made clear by our staff, but we were not charging early departure or late cancellation fees for any of our guests during the recent storms. Expedia customer service will be able to assist you further.
