It was much cleaner and nicer than the others I've stayed at in the area. I will be staying here again for future work trips.

OK at best

When I arrived I asked desk person was not helpful and definitely not friendly. She wasn't outright rude but clearly had no desire to be there and when I asked questions, he responses were very "take it or leave it" type answers. Also Al my room was not cleaned the 1st day, and I had to request toilet paper because I had a half a roll when I checked in. Overall there are other places I have stayed in the same are that are much more preferable.

Please be aware that Hampton Inns by default clean stayovers beginning after the second night, you do have the option of customizing your cleaning schedule just inform the staff during your next stay. We apologize and hope you'll give us another chance in the future.

When I have to do anything for my daughter at UCF I always stay at Hampton. This particular location has been fantastic each and every time. A perk I seem to have missed previous stays was that they had warm cookies in the evening! They go fast so get them while theyre hot! Great stay...is always my go-to!
