Great location and price
We love the location and cleanliness of this hotel and always stay here when visiting Orlando. It's a quick walk over the bridge into Disney Springs for dinner and shopping. The Disney shuttles are convenient, as well. Great conference rooms and we love the outdoor areas and pools.

We always come back because of location, however there may not be a next time. Me and my family have stayed here for many years for different events... sad to see the decline in what could be a superb property. It is apparent that they must have an issue with housekeeping and associated management. Our rooms were not ready day of check-in, even well after 4:00pm. Once we got our rooms there were missing products, when we called front desk to have products replenished, we could hear lots of loud arguing among the housekeeping staff in the hallway. When we were checking out and leaving room, we were approached by a housekeeping staff member that was asking questions in spanish, she could not speak any english and I do not speak spanish... I felt badly for her, we finally were able to communicate that we were leaving and she could clean our room. We have stayed at this property over 20X... it is definitely going down hill and needs a serious refocus, along with updated renovations in the rooms. On a positive note, your valet team is superb... right from the jump they make you feel like you are being taken care of... however when you walk in the door, it changes and goes down hill.

Disliked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities
The room felt dated and the bathroom was in need of updating/repairs. The combination light and very loud fan in the bathroom was not good. Also, did not appreciate people in the lobby soliciting the Hilton vacation club program to everyone that walked by. The only thing that we truly liked was the convenience of beinh in walking distance to disney springs.

Staff was wonderful and super helpful. Suites were decorated for Christmas and it made our trip!
