There was a car crash with a criminal running through the parking lot Friday night. My guest was very scared. Also, I only had luke warm water on the 8th floor for a shower. I've stayed here in the recent past but I'm unsure if I will continue.

Hello and thank you for your recent stay. We are sad to hear about the issues you had during your stay, and we have informed engineering about the issue with the tub. As far as the activity involving the law. This was something that was outside the hotel and could happen anywhere. However we are happy to know you are safe, and we hope to see you again soon.

the worst stay we ever had at a hilton. they did not clean iur room betwwen nights so we had to gp to front desk to get towels. our dnd sign eas not out air did not work in either room and we spent 1 hr outside at 2 am due to false fire alarm staff did not even apolpgoze for all the issies
