À notre arrivée notre chambre devait être prête dans 30 minutes. Après, on nous a dit un autre 15 minutes. L’employé responsable du ménage disait que la chambre était déjà prête depuis un moment. Power trip au comptoir. Service condescendant. L’employé a levé le ton après nous pour nous rappeler l’heure de Check-in qui était déjà dépassé. Les employés sont sur leur cellulaire ou le nez dans un livre et s’appliquent à nous faire sentir qu’on les dérange. Nous les avons le front desk 2 fois. 2h30 plus tard, l’employé qui devait passer n’était toujours pas passé. Nous avons dû descendre pour chercher les serviettes et une nouvelle manette de télé. Aucun safe dans la chambre. Les safe sont très petits et situés derrière le comptoir de l’accueil et étaient non utilisables. On nous a donné la seule option de leur laisser nos passeports, argent, objets précieux et nos pièces d’identité qu’ils nous remettraient uniquement à la fin de notre séjour. Dû à l’impossibilité d’utiliser les mini safe à l’accueil, on nous a garanti que personne n’entrerait dans notre chambre en notre absence et qu’il faudrait demander et être présent pour que la chambre soit faite ou tout autre besoin. Comme nous n’avions pas confiance, nous avons apporter passeports, argent, bijoux et pièces d’identité. Heureusement! À notre retour, la chambre avait été faite! Plancher très sale dans la chambre.

I have stayed at this property a few times and always loved it. But this time they put me in the second building. The room in this building is not up to par as the main one and wasn't as clean. The shower had dirt spots. the toilet was running when i got in. air was on 64 and it was 50 degrees outside. No ice machine in this building. There was tissue in the peep hole and the plastic cups didn't have plastic on them but since no ice didn't need them. They put me next to the housekeeping room so all morning it was loud. The building was like a ghosts town and they have all the clean towels and sheets in a big bin at the entrance that isn't just very welcoming. The only reason i would stay here again is if i am in the main building.
