I choose this property due to its location to the major theme parks and the water park attraction located within the property so my kids will have something to do in-between the times of q

Water park is only open for 8 hours each day and are not available when most families would want to use it (morning before amusement parks, or evenings afterwards) multiple unexpected closures of popls and slides. Never got to use the slides after a 6 day stay.

Rooms will need renovating soon. Front desk always had a long line. $28 for parking is ridiculous

When we arrived there were no washcloths. The dispenser in the shower that holds the shampoo, conditioner and body wash was broken, leaking faucet, and towels had permanent stains on them.

The kiddo had a great time …. The only thing bad we experienced was in the dining room at the buffet for dinner …. There were bugs ALOT OF THEM )) in the coffee creamer dispenser that totally turned my stomach … and glad I got it before the diner … or I may have thrown up … so really didn’t eat. When I complained to the staff … they rinsed the dispenser off and left it sitting there for the next guest to have …. When I said they just left it there to the manager he had them put a sign on it do not use … no apology no … compensation. No nothing so we will go back but we will not be eating there

Waterpark was the best, but the hotel seems very old. One annoying part was the check in. There was incongruent information between hotels.com (paid full) and Holiday Inn (paid partially). It was not included breakfast, the shuttle offered to Disney was limited/not useful. The resort fee is excesive and parking lot full and expensive.

I will start by saying I absolutely loved my stay! However, there were definitely some issues, with the main one being our room door being left unlocked and slightly ajar after being serviced by housekeeping for maybe 6/7 hours. And then finding an old cookie under the bed in the twin bedded room and a huge wad of hair rolled up behind the main bedroom door. Other than this the stay was perfect!!!
