The hotel is tired inside, be aware that there is a well hidden parking charge of $27 ($25 tax) per night, which is unusual for Orlando hotels. it is hidden multiple layers in the fine print. If you add this to the nightly rate you can find better options around the area. I also stepped on a big screw on the carpet in my room.

Parking is a nightmare. You pay to park the machines don't work and extremely hard to get help. Staff was rude and everything thing was humid and damp. Mold all over the ceiling especially in the bathroom. Halls and elevator were not clean. We were there over 3 days the trash in the elevator was never cleaned. Two lights in one elevator were held in with duct tape.

The only nice thing about this hotel was the bed. The rooms and hallways are dated and dirty. When we checked out the halls were lined with housekeeping dirty laundry and trash bags. There were holes in the comforters and my grandsons feet were so dirty after running around on the carpet. The AC return vent kept falling out of the wall and there was moldy water in the bottom. The parking lot security arms were broken 2 out of the 3 days we were there. If you can’t scan in to the parking lot because the arm is broken, you cannot get out. We had to back out of the line, park the car and go inside to have someone override the system so that we could get out. All three keys had to be reprogrammed at different times of the trip because they weren’t working. The ladies working at the front desk do not seem to like their job and are not accommodating at all. Would not stay here again.

Staff actually were very nice BUT I do not understand why housekeeping staff are requesting to come in the room 2 hours before check out! Woke family up after not getting into room until after 2 am. Also next room had key deactivated while at breakfast 2 hours before check out. Maybe should invest in electronic equipment (if not already in place) alerting them when guest have checked out. Perfect place for theme parks, fairly clean rooms.

Property is in walking distance of 2 universal parks HS and IA. Friday's conveniently attached to the hotel for reasonably priced meals. Rooms lack some amenities like a drink fridge and microwave, but do have coffee makers. Superb and helpful staff.

The hotel was nice to a degree
The room was nice and the check in staff was awesome. We requested towels and washcloths twice and i had to go to front desk to get them. Housekeeping obviously attempted to clean the room, but left her stuff in our room and it was never cleaned. Paying for parking was not made known prior to arrival, which caused some monetary difficulty.

The hotel was not well kept. Our room smelled really bad like someone smoked in there. The room carpet was dirty and the furniture and bathroom don’t match was is in the pictures. The only good thing is the staff that is really nice and super professional
