The hotel is tired inside, be aware that there is a well hidden parking charge of $27 ($25 tax) per night, which is unusual for Orlando hotels. it is hidden multiple layers in the fine print. If you add this to the nightly rate you can find better options around the area. I also stepped on a big screw on the carpet in my room.

Parking is a nightmare. You pay to park the machines don't work and extremely hard to get help. Staff was rude and everything thing was humid and damp. Mold all over the ceiling especially in the bathroom. Halls and elevator were not clean. We were there over 3 days the trash in the elevator was never cleaned. Two lights in one elevator were held in with duct tape.

Expensive for what is offered. Room was huge but had minimal furniture, places to stow belongings, and overall felt like a dorm room. No hot water in the shower, lukewarm at best, faucet was about to fall off the wall and the floors felt/looked dirty. Outside windows had visible debris on the outside making the view subpar. Do not recommend

Conveniently closed to Universal Studios and to TJFridays..!
The rooms and bathrooms were super clean. We love the beds and bedding!

Yanna was very unprofessional and rude here I arrived to check in to be told my room was not ready I gave it another HR. And was told the same thing waited another hr at this point it’s now 5pm I asked my husband to go in now they offer free parking. By 6pm I receive a text how was my stay I responded back my room isn’t even ready. Yanna hotel staff responded back ummm ma’am your room been ready. Explain to me how my room been ready you asked for my number to send me an update when my room would be ready and they failed to do that. When I tell you if you could choose any other hotel Plz Do Not Stay here. Room ready at 6pm but advertise 4pm check in. Parking was ridiculous. They charge for everything like their hotel is top notch.

Beds and pillows were comfortable . The comforter was a little small for the bed though. The shower had sand in the bottom but was clean every where else. Plenty of towels and hand towels but no wash rags. We had a great time and would recommend it to everyone.

Posted Sep. 15, 2024 on HotelsWe arrived at 5:30pm to be told our room was not ready yet and we were in a Que to get a room after 4 other people. We finally got in a room, we booked a king, this one has two fulls and we went to shower this morning and there was no hot water. When I told the desk at check out they said they’d tell maintence but offered nothing for our terrible stay. Would never stay there again or recommend it to anybody
