The property itself is ample and well maintained. The staff is friendly but not up to adequately handling the property. For example, the breakfast was very limited, the pools heater was broken, the telephones in the room did not work, and the staff were not precise or knowledgeable about the rooms themselves.

Latosha was amazing. She is so incredibly friendly and helpful and it felt like coming home. She was extremely kind, helpful with any question I had and was just overall the best person. The room was great; but no bathtub.

The hotel was actually better than I expected. Rooms are very modern, clean, everything you need and then some in the rooms. Also their breakfast option was surprisingly great! Gym had new machines and was very clean. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the pool they should definitely do a better job at that one. But no other complaints at all. Very good experience.
