Beautiful room - quiet property. Beautiful back space with pool and cool area to chill. Bar inside was nice - food selection was good - service and the dj was really good! I would come back! I never say that lol

Parking was odd on an app and no shower gel, waste basket liners, and a bit of noise next door. Otherwise, overall a decent stay!

The rooms were very nice and spacious and staff was nice, the area was near a lot of restaurants and places to visit.

The only complaint I have is that you advertise that you provide free shuttles to Universal. This is the main reason we chose your hotel. Once we checked in we found out that one shuttle runs once a day at an un-predetermined time. We had to Uber back and forth to the parks. The money we used for that had been figured into our hotel / parking fees expenses , but now needed to add to that expense
Otherwise the hotel was very nice. We loved the pool area and the game room.

Good afternoon, I would like to first apologize for any inconvenience that may have been caused during your stay. In regards to the Complimentary shuttle service that we provide, the shuttle service offers two different times in the AM for pickup and two different times in the PM for returning. This service that we provide is only for the theme parks. unfortunately it does not run throughout the day. However I am glad that you did enjoy our amenities on property. hopefully you will give us another opportunity in the near future. Thanks for staying with us. We appreciate your feedback!
