Enormous house, very clean
We had a great family vacation with 28 people ranging from 6 months to 70. There's so much room in the house, with each bedroom suite being very spacious. The bowling alley and the pool were favorites for everyone. Some of the arcade games weren't working and there are some maintenance issues that need attention, but overall we had a great time.

Wow! Just Wow!
This house is so big and beautiful, we would get lost just exploring and my entire party didn’t want to leave all weekend because there is so much to do in the house. We did have a few things go wrong but the manager was quick to send maintenance over to fix it. Most of the showers and doors are all electronic which got annoying going back and forth and trying to figure out how to keep the shower on but it’s pretty cool and high tech and everyone loved it! The downstairs was our favorite spot because that’s where all the fun stuff is, bowling alley, arcade, spa, golf sim, pool table and basketball court. The rooms were spread out so the noise didn’t carry if people were sleeping and others wanted to stay up. The way the house is built is very well done with such a large amount of rooms and noise control. Parking was a little bit of issue because a lot of my family drove in so we had to figure that out because Reunion security kept giving us warnings but we did finally figure it out and enjoyed our weekend. I would definitely return for another family reunion in this house. It was absolutely amazing! Just for reference my party was 18 adults and 10 kids and it felt like I never knew where anyone was. Great place! Thank you for letting us stay the weekend.

Corporate Retreat
We had a Corporate Retreat with breakout sessions at this location. There was plenty of room both for sleeping accommodations and for multiple meetings to go on at once. There were a few issues, but the property manager was quick to respond and fix the issues. Overall, everyone was happy and are already talking about next year.

Business Trade Show Trip
I had an event at the Orange County Convention center and had my entire sales staff travelling with me for the trade show. I wanted to make it an experience where my team members as well as my customers would be entertained as well as relax in comfort during our stay. This property did all of it and more! Everything was first class as well as clean, operational and checked every box I had for my staff and guests. I had one little issue with a sink and the owner had someone there within 10 minutes! Unbelievable! Thank you for a trip to remember and I look forward to using this house in the future! Unbelievable!

Winter Manager's meeting
Property worked perfectly for a manager's meeting of 14 individuals. Ample space for presentations, group dining, small group discussions and time to yourself. The amenities (pool, arcade, pinball, bowling, billiards, golf, spa) are wonderful additions and created nice opportunities for team bonding. Overall, a great stay. I would highly recommend this home for this type of event.

the house could have been awesome
The house was amazing, except half of it didn't work. The main pool lights weren't operational - kids couldn't swim at night and one fell into the pit walking around trying to exit the pool at night. The gym floor is a total wreck with mildew and mold. Half of the speakers don't work so you can't play music while in the pool, etc. The grill outside the main kitchen leaks more gas than it burns and surprised it hasn't became a much bigger issue. Can't watch a movie in the theatre room as the center speaker is so low that you can't hear the voices, other speakers are perfect. Several microwaves (including main kitchen) didn't work. Clothes dryers took 3 - 80 minute cycles to dry a load of towels. Little to no heat out of them. Steam shower was inopearable. Overall, the house needs to have a maintenance team run thru it and fix these issues and it would have been over the moon!

Amazing house!
This house has it all! It was perfect for us! Every room feels like your own hotel room with privacy which is really nice for a house that big. The property manager helped us a couple times and super fast and very helpful. I would say if you are going to cook at the house to make sure you bring utensils bc there isn't a lot there. We would absolutely stay here again!

Incredible Property for Large Group
SO much to do and see. So fun. You really need several days just to do and enjoy everything in the house. The rooms were so nice. Only one kitchen had any supplies. Lots of little broken things (leaking floors, dysfunctional toilet, etc.), but to be expected in a house this big. I wish there was a manual/guide/book to help you understand and use everything in the house.

Seriously amazing!
This house is everything the pictures show and more. Our family reunion has 20 people and we loved this house so much that we plan to return next year. The pool and outdoor setup is so functional. We especially liked the outdoor bathroom and covered patio. There’s no “bad” bedroom. Every single one is like a NICE suite in a luxury hotel. House owner/ manager answered all our questions timely and we appreciated our stay so much. Thank you!! We’ll be back :)

Sooo many bedrooms and space!
This place was MASSIVE. My entire party loved it. We had the adults in one part of the house, the teenagers in another, and finally other children (7-11) in other parts of the house. Each room was practically a master suite. The neighborhood was excellent and very quiet. The swimming pools (yes, pools) were all amazing. All three hot tubs were excellent. We had so much space we didn't feel like we were living on top of each other. Because of this, everyone had an enjoyable trip.

Exceptional Property
This is my second stay at this incredible property. I think that says it all doesn't it really, and the fact that we will book again. The great reviews say it all, and I said it in a previous review as well. This house has everything you would want and more. It is also very comfortable, everyone has not just an en suite room but a little kitchenette. It's just exceptional in every way. The cleaning crew, for a 26k square foot house, is amazing. It is spotless and awesome. I didn't have any issues last time, this time the pool heater broke for the rooftop pool on our first day(the main pool was fine) I reported it at 10 pm at night, and the following morning some one was there to fix it. I've always found the owner to be very responsive, and now I know first hand he is no matter what the issue. Fantastic. The only thing that is very odd I will tell you, that now I can personally attest to, is tenants apparently take things from this property. I'm talking weird small things. Cost wise, it's nothing I think we spend $50 to put somethings in that we wanted and the house didn't have which we did last time and then we come back a year later and most of those things are gone again. As examples, dish towels, cookie sheets, and other things like that. Why people would take these things are beyond me, but I will tell you from personal experience it happens and you can't get annoyed at the owner(too huge of a house to take inventory of every item in kitchens), you need to expect this a bit(there are four kitchens so some things are moved to another kitchen too). We laughed about it cause money wise it was nothing(you can order it all on instacart and not leave the house and it's monetarily nothing), but I have seen in some reviews people getting upset about this and I needed to add my two cents based on experience. If you are looking for an incredible property where people of all ages will have tons of fun and not want to leave, this is it. I have rented other homes in Reunion, nothing compares.

We took our 6 adult kids and 3 year old grandchild for a Disney park vacation. There were times the kids wanted to stay home to play with all the “toys” instead of go to the park. From the bowling alley to huge home theatre we had a blast!
