Great stay for a Disney visit!
Publié le 30 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe resort is so close to Disney- we could leave Magic Kingdom and be pulling in the parking lot about 13 minutes later. Amazing to also have a Walmart and Publix so close to get necessities/groceries.
We had a few small issues but nothing that affected our vacation.
Note: pool is not heated so it was chilly! Nothing the host can do about that but something to consider if you are visiting November -February when temps can be chilly in Orlando. There are 3 hot tubs at the main pool though that were great!

Comfy beds, fantastic view, nicely decorated, great layout if you are travelling with kids or another couple. I had a user error, aka blonde moment, trying to initially enter the unit and both contacts got back to me *right away.* The icemaker wasn't working but I found a bag of ice in the freezer, so that was super helpful. I hope to come back in the future.

Fun in the sun!
Publié le 3 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwaySuch a great place to stay! About 30 minutes from universal! Pool was awesome! We were on the 14th Floor and could see everything around us.. Such a Beautiful View! I would recommend and definitely stay again!!

They left us two rolls of toilet paper and I requested more no one ever responded. Obviously we went out and bought our own. The other issue was that we expected a coffee maker and what was there was a Keurig. Not enough for more than two people at a time. Again no response from the manager. We finally figured out how to use the television but it was not user-friendly.

We pride ourselves in knowing we constantly deliver on our guests having a great experience. Unfortunately you failed to read the important details that are sent you which states that a “ complimented starter pack” is provided, yes 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Which should have been plenty for a weekend, unless you had more guests on premise then allowed to. Yes we have a keurig coffee machine which can accommodate a family of 6. Your review is proof of how pathetic and unreasonable of a person you are. We will continue to make this a great place to stay for many families!

Orlando soccer trip

Great for Disney Visit
