Publié le 11 mars 2019 sur HomeAwayMaison bien entretenue, bien située à côté des parcs, volumes optimisés, décoration agréable. Petite table à l exterieur, côté lac, bien agréable. Dommage qu il n y ait pas de double vitrage pour le bruit de la route à proximité, et de rideaux occiltants pour la lumière, la nuit.

Publié le 22 janv. 2024 sur HomeAwayIt’s close to major Hwys and 5 minutes from Walmart and other shopping places. The area was safe. The property was clean like home away from home. The owner extended our stay just right away as soon as we requested for our needs to stay a little longer. I appreciate your help, Myrtle and we’ll be back again if we visit Orlando again.

Location was 💯
Publié le 1 mai 2023 sur HomeAwayThis was an ideal location for Discovery Cove, Sea World, & Aquatica. The place was clean and had necessities. Beds were not uncomfortable…. Walmart was nearby…. 7eleven right down the street was convenient too! It’s close to the interstate so bring a sound machine or use the box fans provided to drown out traffic. Definitely recommend if traveling to this area.

Very convenient to all parks
Publié le 20 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayThis Villa has the perfect location. Within 12 to 15 minutes to all Disney parks, less than 8 minutes from SeaWorld and less than 10 minutes from Universal. There is a Walmart down the road and multiple pharmacies in the area. The Villa was very clean and very nice. The bunk beds upstairs were comfortable for the girls and the master bedroom was perfect for myself. There's also a sleeper sofa downstairs. I would highly suggest this property and hope that when we go back to Orlando we get to stay here again

Great Location and Great Price
Publié le 11 févr. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe unit is very close to Universal Studios. You can actually skip the Interstate and save yourself sometime. It is a very small place but it worked great for our family of 4. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of towels and the Shampoo and Conditioner provided were amazing. Plus there is a box fan in both rooms. A plus for us because we sleep with one at home. It’s a very quite complex with mature palm trees and a great view of the lake and sunsets. We would definitely stay again if we come back to Universal.

Ahhmazing stay

Myrtle checked on us time to time if we needed anything. Check in and check out was flawless. Property was clean, fully stocked. Walmart, Whole Foods, Dollar Tree… literally minutes away. Two designated parking space. Bedrooms are upstairs and kitchen and living room downstairs which was convenient for us. Two full bathrooms were also a plus. Honestly I could go on and on! It’s truly a great place. Thank you Myrtle!

Extra little space for a trip
Publié le 12 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayA good place to spread out if your trip lasts a few days and want to cook for yourself. The stove is a smart electric stove, which took me a while to figure it out. The area was quiet and peaceful when I went (November), but it's also a short drive to many of the theme parks. There is a Target about eight minutes away to buy groceries.
