We had a family of 16 stay here. House was spacious and had everything we needed. The game room was over crowded, hard to play pool and foosball without bumping into other things. We paid to have the pool heated and that was nice, but could never get the hot tub temperature above 94, even with running the heat pump for it for hours, and as soon as the pump turns off it immediately pumps cold into it, so it cools down rapidly . So that was disappointing.

Location was fantastic but children’s bedroom need some storage for clothes. Pool was on the small side compared to other properties we have stayed at.Would stay there again in the future as felt safe and clean. Local wildlife was an added bonus

Small hiccup when we arrived to guard gate of the neighborhood but was addressed quickly. Probably wouldn’t have as big of an issue if not for the small children and 12 hour drive. Some changes made on the fly that were address very quickly. We would all definitely stay here again.

Unfortunately the bedroom I stayed in with the shared bathroom on the first floor the toilet consistently broke. I had to take the cover of the back of the toilet off and fix the handle every time the toilet was used. Also the alarms in the property went off randomly. I didn't know if it was the house alarm, the smoke alarm or the carbon monoxide. The worst this was when I was leaving we all wanted to know what we were responsible to do. There was no notebook just the QR Code on the wall. I scanned the code and it downloaded a virus on my phone and I could not remove it so my entire phone was compromised. I lost everything on my phone. At this time I am still trying to get my phone up and running and now may have to get a new phone. Also, trying to get through the gates upon returning from the conference we were stuck in the traffic to enter the gated area over an hour. We were over 30 minutes aware from the conference. So not only did we lose time, my phone was compromised and still not working and apparently I am also a plummer. For me this was a terrible experience and would not rent again nor would I recommend.

Overall Great Stay!
Very clean and large property. We had no issues. Plenty of towels and essential items throughout the house. Only feedback is the security gate at the front. The traffic to get into the single security gate was a mess. They should just leave it open during check in hours or have a better process. Made it impossible to call Ubers and get in and out of the neighborhood.

Great stay!
Great property for a big family! Property was clean and communication was top-notch. The boys loved having the movie theatre and the kiddos loved the arcade room. We also appreciated that there was ample parking given that our family had a total of four vehicles. Would recommend!
