Unfortunately the bedroom I stayed in with the shared bathroom on the first floor the toilet consistently broke. I had to take the cover of the back of the toilet off and fix the handle every time the toilet was used. Also the alarms in the property went off randomly. I didn't know if it was the house alarm, the smoke alarm or the carbon monoxide. The worst this was when I was leaving we all wanted to know what we were responsible to do. There was no notebook just the QR Code on the wall. I scanned the code and it downloaded a virus on my phone and I could not remove it so my entire phone was compromised. I lost everything on my phone. At this time I am still trying to get my phone up and running and now may have to get a new phone. Also, trying to get through the gates upon returning from the conference we were stuck in the traffic to enter the gated area over an hour. We were over 30 minutes aware from the conference. So not only did we lose time, my phone was compromised and still not working and apparently I am also a plummer. For me this was a terrible experience and would not rent again nor would I recommend.

Would’ve liked some recs for local stores or restaurants but google covered that. I would also rec not coming in on a Friday evening. Overall Great Stay!
Very clean and large property. We had no issues. Plenty of towels and essential items throughout the house. Only feedback is the security gate at the front. The traffic to get into the single security gate was a mess. They should just leave it open during check in hours or have a better process. Made it impossible to call Ubers and get in and out of the neighborhood.

Great stay!
Great property for a big family! Property was clean and communication was top-notch. The boys loved having the movie theatre and the kiddos loved the arcade room. We also appreciated that there was ample parking given that our family had a total of four vehicles. Would recommend!

Property was very clean inside. But the pool area was very unkempt lots of weeds in the patio and the pool filter was not working at all. I did contact the management the didn’t turn up on the day they said it was the day after and eventually fixed the problem.

Fantastic family vacation!
This home had our entertainment completely covered for our family! The themed rooms, theater, game room and pool area were excellent! Adults and kids had a blast. The home was clean and the host was extremely responsive. We had an issue with the A.C. Unit and they sent someone right over to fix it. We will certainly consider staying here again in the future.

Beautiful house and very clean
The house was better than the pictures! We stayed here with a total of 15 people, age range from 65 all the way down to an infant. There is plenty of space and every room is like an oasis. So glad we booked this home!

Wonderful time
Not only our grand children but we as well were in aww of this property. The pool, kitchen, beds and bathrooms were clean and comfortable. The only complaints i had were minor and insignificant yet the property management offered to rectify them immediately. I would recommend to anyone.

Fun despite all the trouble
The home looked like the pictures but we had to mop kitchen living room and dining area. The cleaning crew never bothered to move the furniture when they cleaned. It was disgusting what we found. The Jurassic Park bed had food crumbs all over it. David the property manager was very nice and on top of getting us a grill and figuring out why the pool and hot tub did not heat. Once these things were fixed we had a great time. Remember that you cannot take any outside food and drinks to the common pool area. The weight room was clean and had a lot of equipment and free weights. Your supposed to set treat out daily but no one came and picked it up.

Great home and neighborhood
We enjoyed the house that had plenty of space and amenities. We had one delayed response from the hosts about pool heat but otherwise no issues. Kids love the pool and game room and the adults loved the usable kitchen and bathrooms.

House is amazing, gate is frustrating.
The house and property manager were great. We had issues with the gate and getting enough parking passes for the cars we had. Gate people were very rude. The property manager helped get it handled which we very much appreciated. The house was clean and large!! The kids LOVED the themed rooms!! The house was just as pictured. So awesome!

Amazing house!
We spent a lot of time in the game room. It’s definitely a great addition to this spectacular house. The theater is amazing! You can close the doors, sit in your reclining seat with your favorite snack and watch a movie. The beds were comfortable. Everything was clean and aesthetically pleasing. Definitely will stay again!

AMAZING!
Wow wow wow! What a beautiful property. Me, my wife and our five children travelled from the UK for our 3 week holiday in complete paradise Orlando Florida. The villa is HUGE, we all had our own space. We all loved the game room, cinema and especially the pool. The whole house was sparkling clean on arrival. Communication with owner was 5*. Honestly, we had the most magical stay. We will 100% be coming back. Thank you so much!

The only reason I gave this four stars was because we had concerns with the wifi during our stay, and with limited phone service it was difficult to use our phones. Otherwise this home was AMAZING! We spent so much time between the game room and the pool. Easy driving to Disney and Universal. We loved watching the wildlife in the lake behind the house as well. Would definitely rent again!!

Excellent stay
The house is in great location, with easy access to theme parks and KSC. My party had 13 people of various ages, kids and adults, and we enjoyed the stay a lot. Lots of room, nice playroom with games, clean pool. Kids loved the home theater and all the themed rooms. The host was very responsive and addressed all questions quickly. Highly recommend.

Fun family trip
My family of 14 really enjoyed our stay at the house! We had a variety of ages ranging from 4 months old to 80+. All of the rooms accommodated all of our group. The teens loved the theater room and the game room was a hit for everyone. We planned to stay Sunday-Friday but ended up extending our stay 1 additional day and the host was able to accommodate that request. Leading up to our vacation, I communicated with the host several times as well while we were there and the host always responded back in a timely manner. We felt safe in the area with it being in a gated community and there was a security guard there. My family and I would love to book this house again!

He had a great time in this house. We particularly enjoyed having movie night in the home theater. Kids loved the play room! The room was clean and had everything that we needed. We also enjoyed the 2 water parks in the gated community. We would definitely recommend it to our friends and family.
