A Stunning 4BR/3BA villa with luxury furnishing, wonderful water and sunset view from private pool and spa, is located at the most desirable 'High Grove' community, a gated community off intersection of US 27 and Rt 192, just 10 minutes drive to Disney world and seconds to nearby 24-hour Super Walmart and other shops.

The one-story luxury villa has a unique Mediterranean style with the classic red tile roof and beautiful brick paves in the pool area. It comes with all the expected modern amenities including 4 bedrooms (2 king sized master suites), 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), a fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning and heating through-out, 5 televisions all with cable service in living room and each bedroom.The luxury southwest facing screened pool and spa can be fully heated, has a screened lanai and eating area, plenty of sun shines and gorgeous water view and sunset view at evening. The spacious lot also offers lots of privacy. Plus, free WIFI and call to US, CANADA.

High Grove Community: : The High Grove Community is one of the most beautiful and unique communities in the Orlando area, with a beautiful Mediterranean feel to it. The clubhouse is kept in immaculate condition for guests. Movies are regularly played during the evenings. A full size pool table is available if you want to challenge your skills against other guests. There is a fitness room for those of you that want to keep your fitness levels up whilst on holiday. The club house also offer free wireless internet access, printer and fax, and a library of DVD's and books to borrow. There is also an outside playground for small children, a large pool for a few longer laps and a large hot tub available (includes towels!). Optional spa/pool heating is $30 per day, $200 per week.

Convenience around:: Within easy Walking Distance there is an abundance of bars, shops and restaurants to suit everyone!! There are bars and restaurants within a couple of minutes of driving. For the kids and all fast food lovers, you have the choice of McDonald's, Chick-fil-a, Burger King, Taco Bell nearby. The
Town Center at Cagan Crossings close by has several restaurants including Mexican, British, and a traditional American Style restaurant, Caribbean restaurant, bakers, barbers, etc, And not forgetting that there is a 24 hours Wal-Mart even within a walkable distance.

Especially for golfer:: There are over 20 courses to be found within a 20 mile radius including the award winning Southern Dunes, Highlands Reserve and the Greg Norman designed Champions gate courses. When you add all year round sunshine to the variety of golf courses you will find Orlando hard to beat as a base for that perfect golfing holiday. Courses are very competitively priced. Included in the prices are your buggy and course guide. Even the lower priced courses are worth a play. You can even hire clubs and shoes at many of the courses instead of taking your own equipment on holiday. Did everyone stay at the same house as us?
Not sure what all the fantastic reviews are for? I do not want to dissuade anyone from renting this property, because for the most part, its ok. You can judge for yourself. Let me try and sandwich this. First, it is a nice quiet neighborhood. Very serine. The view of water out the back is great. But, OMG...Did anyone watch TV? The size of them...I have seen larger screens in cars. Absolutely horrible. The Master shower (head), it was like 47 pins sticking in my back! Spend 25 and get new ones! The towels, I've had better at a Holiday Inn pool. My wife saw some black hairs in bathroom which freaked her out. Good thing she didn't do laundry like I did. Huge clumps of hair in washer. Does housekeeping not check laundry? VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED in the pool. Spent extra money to have hot tub and pool heated. We received instructions on how to use. After an hour the hot tub was...ok, the pool...no way. The owner will now come back and say, well, the weather was cool. Yes it was.When we got there, it was not covered and no cover available in pool area. Strange. And just a heads up, take their word, they won't supply hardly anything. One dishwasher tab and one laundry tab. Just enough TP to make it thru a day or 2. Again, spend just a few more dollars and supply for your customers. If you're ok with all of these, the location is great. Like I said, quiet, near major highways, close to Walmart and WDW. They advertise a Pub just outside the community. Don't believe it. It's shutdown.

Overall it was perfect for our family, spacious and everyone had their own bathroom! It was a bonus. Also having laundry on site was great. Of course the pool was a great addition. ONLY thing I will say. There were only two facecloths in the villa and we ended up having to buy our own. But other than that. The pool guys was super helpful and so was the host. :)

Definitely Will Stay Again
The property is perfect!! Everything was clean and on point. The pool and spa were a wonderful treat after a day’s activity. The beds were comfy and I really loved the way the two masters were away from each other. Even though we didn’t use them the two kids rooms were wonderfully decorated and connected by a Jack and Jill bathroom which I loved! Thank you to the owners and management for sharing this beautiful home with us.

Excellent property for all your Disney needs!
Our family stayed at this property in September 2024 for two weeks as part of our trip to Disney world. The first thing to note is that the booking and communication process was perfect - we were well informed, provided with clear details about the property and the check in and check out process was seamless. Excellent property management and always responsive on messenger when we had any questions. In terms of the property itself - it’s located in a gated community with security access. The community itself is really nice and quiet - perfect to unwind after a long day at Disney. The property may be a little dated inside - but that is exactly what is shown on the picture and functionally it works exactly as you need as a family of seven. Big beds - en-suites, nice spacious rooms and living area for drinks and food. The pool was an excellent temperature and very clean, as was the whole property. Due to the position of the property you feel like you have prime position looking out to the waterway and can regularly spot wildlife with a drink sitting outside - we really liked this. The drive to most parks is around 20mins - exactly as we thought - with very easy access and directions in and out of the property. We liked the fact we had tons of great restaurants and bars to access further out than the normal Disney ones as it was quieter after long days being surrounded by excited children! Overall I have provided 5stars as the property exceeded expectations.

Peaceful villa and outlook
We had a lovely family holiday. The villa is accurate as per the description and pictures, very clean and super comfy beds, it overlooks a lake where you can watch the local wildlife from the pool. Such a quiet and peaceful spot, the perfect place to return to after a busy day at the parks.

Beautiful stay
We frequent Orlando at least 2x a year. This was one of our more favorite stays and we will be returning. Property was beautiful. It truly is only 15/20 minutes from Disney unlike many other places that advertise and then you’re driving forty plus minutes. Everything’s very close. Didn’t have to travel far for anything. The pool was amazing. Very quiet neighborhood no one bothered us which was amazing. The host was very kind and responsive. They had everything you could need if you wanted to cook too. Would love to stay again!

Great for Family Vacation
The location of this house was great and the gated community was very quiet. It was a short drive to the Disney parks and there were several grocery stores within a 5 minute drive. The house itself was very clean and had everything we needed for a family vacation. The bedrooms were all a good size and our family of 5 (grandparents, parents, and 8-year old) had plenty of room to spread out. The pool was a good size and was not overlooked by other houses.

Spacious property in nice community. Well equipped with TVs, good aircon. We were optimistic upon arriving. However found the spa in the pool did not work at all. Called owner who sent maintenence guy but he couldn't fix it. Still not fixed when we checked out. No instructions for cooker so unable to use oven. Cleaning of house left a lot to be desired. And cleaner turned up at 9.40am on checkout day trying to get us to vacate house before agreed 10am check out time. Such a shame its so poorly managed or else would be ideal.

The house was spacious and clean! The pool was beautiful and private. We saw wild birds and alligators in the back yard area! The kids loved it! The house was very close to food and a huge Walmart! Getting to Disney was super easy! We really loved the fact that there was no carpet as the tile floors were very clean! We had a small issue with the dryer and the property manager was so fast is fixing the problem! We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our needs
Communication with Leeza was excellent, check-in instructions were emailed a few days before we arrived. Entry was easy as could be. The villa was clean, tidy and well presented. Everything was as expected. We had a slight issue with door that wouldn't lock but contacted the property manager Dan who attended quickly and was very efficient. Location was perfect, not overlooked by any other villas and the wildlife in and around the pond was lovely to watch, including the resident alligator and pair of cranes that visited every day. We will definitely look to use this same villa again in the future.

Great location for family getaway
We had a great stay at the house during our recent family vacation. The property is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood away from the busy Orlando area. It was close enough to the Disney parks for an easy commute. Property was as described (plenty of space for a family of four) and the property manager was very responsive. We got to see the alligator float by in the nearby reserve and daily visits from the birds and other wildlife in the backyard. Very peaceful! Would definitely stay here again!

Nice 4 bedroom villa in gated community. A little further away from the crowd and tourist traps but all major attractions are in driveable reach with Disney at 30minutes, Seaworld at 40minutes and outlets at 30min and 50 min. Good basis for your orlando vacation!
