Second Stay Just as Wonderful

Great place to stay

Publié le 25 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayUnfortunately the bedroom I stayed in with the shared bathroom on the first floor the toilet consistently broke. I had to take the cover of the back of the toilet off and fix the handle every time the toilet was used. Also the alarms in the property went off randomly. I didn't know if it was the house alarm, the smoke alarm or the carbon monoxide. The worst this was when I was leaving we all wanted to know what we were responsible to do. There was no notebook just the QR Code on the wall. I scanned the code and it downloaded a virus on my phone and I could not remove it so my entire phone was compromised. I lost everything on my phone. At this time I am still trying to get my phone up and running and now may have to get a new phone. Also, trying to get through the gates upon returning from the conference we were stuck in the traffic to enter the gated area over an hour. We were over 30 minutes aware from the conference. So not only did we lose time, my phone was compromised and still not working and apparently I am also a plummer. For me this was a terrible experience and would not rent again nor would I recommend.

Would’ve liked some recs for local stores or restaurants but google covered that. I would also rec not coming in on a Friday evening. We were backed up from the neighborhood gate for close to 45 minuo

Overall Great Stay!
Publié le 22 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayVery clean and large property. We had no issues. Plenty of towels and essential items throughout the house. Only feedback is the security gate at the front. The traffic to get into the single security gate was a mess. They should just leave it open during check in hours or have a better process. Made it impossible to call Ubers and get in and out of the neighborhood.

Publié le 19 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat property for a big family! Property was clean and communication was top-notch. The boys loved having the movie theatre and the kiddos loved the arcade room. We also appreciated that there was ample parking given that our family had a total of four vehicles. Would recommend!

Florida vacation

Publié le 28 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty was very clean inside. But the pool area was very unkempt lots of weeds in the patio and the pool filter was not working at all. I did contact the management the didn’t turn up on the day they said it was the day after and eventually fixed the problem.

Fantastic family vacation!
Publié le 27 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis home had our entertainment completely covered for our family! The themed rooms, theater, game room and pool area were excellent! Adults and kids had a blast. The home was clean and the host was extremely responsive. We had an issue with the A.C. Unit and they sent someone right over to fix it. We will certainly consider staying here again in the future.
