Very nice place to stay
Publié le 3 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayThere are so many perks at this place. For us was the carpeted laundry room/billiard room. And pool. It was so nice. I could wash clothes and watch the littles they loved the warm pool but only 4 miles to Disney a bonus! Everything we needed was at our disposal. Walmart for a few groceries Has McDonald’s (for the kids) it was just a perfect location The house itself was modern …nicely decorated open plan which was great oversized tv which played Christmas music just a very nice place to stay. And clean!!! We stayed at these places for 8 years and this was far the cleanest this is very important!!! To me! Thank you again for sharing your beautiful home

Bed Bugs
Publié le 23 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayRented 2-7th of Nov, rented home for my daughter’s 18th birthday. It was 3 of us, my youngest kept getting bit thought was mosquitoes ignored it until day before we were to left she pulled covers off since was our last day tried to help and put bedding in laundry room when she realized there was a bug ended up being BED BUGS. Before that the jets in hot tub stopped working did contact owner as he is out of country told me property manager would come I contacted him didn’t come until I mentioned the bugs. And then he brought back 2-cans from Walmart and garbage bags. Later the night of our last day my daughters noticed bites on my back which I had other bites on arms legs didn’t think anything as I thought again were mosquitoes as we were out all days. I removed my bedding and there was bed bugs in my bed. Now instead of day of shopping I had to rewash everything. Until I decided to take to laundromat at midnight took me 2 hrs. I notified owner at 2am Florida time and also property manager, sent them both messages and also VRBO. There was no help owner didn’t offer anything acted like nothing, the property manager told me he had another family coming in and couldn’t clean carpets or anything because takes 3 days to dry. Tony only offered 2 days from the hot tub. One day for rental per his discretion he stated. I spent a good amount to have a nice time for my daughters 18 birthday and we were miserable with bites. If I could put photos on here I def would.

The guest reported an issue, (nothing seen) but it was dealt with professionally (by the property manager, with the guest in agreeance in person, as options were offered) and a relevant refund given (final night inconvenience and Spa issue, needing a new part) in line with ours and VRBO policy. As anyone can see by the many 5 out of 5 reviews we receive, this is a one of disgruntled guest (you can’t please some people even when you do the right thing in line with policy as well) and their stay was over a month ago and now for some reason they decide to leave a one sided review. Since their stay, 4 guest families have stayed with us and all of them have had a great time and we have also had another 5 out of 5 score and nice comments from the latest family to stay with us as well.

Thank you for the 4 out of 5 score, seems strange though to leave a review 2 months post stay and drop us a star with the only comment saying check in issue, especially as all guests are email sent their Villa access instructions 2 weeks prior to arrival to their email address on file, (as they were) so if it goes into a junk/spam folder then that is down to the guest email settings for attachments that they they need to amend at their end, which is obviously out of our control once emailed, plus guests waited until the day of arrival to say we haven’t received anything yet (why wait until the day of departure!) and they then found them in their junk/spam box, when I asked them to check their first, (the lady had to get her daughter to help out IT wise, as she was still convinced than email going into her junk/spam inbox was my issue to rectify) and/or we will happily resend them again, as we naturally want all our guests (majority are) well prepared for their stay with us, hence us sending everything 2 weeks prior to arrival to do so, which then still leaves plenty of time for any final questions prior to all guest arrivals.

We Loved the House!!
Publié le 18 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayEverything was perfect! We loved every minute of it. There was plenty of space for our rather large family, and everyone had their own space and bathroom! The only super minor complaint we have was that the game room / laundry room was rather warm compared to the rest of the house. That is to be expected though, and wasn't enough to hinder our enjoyment.

Home base for our Disney dream vacation
Publié le 8 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayA very nice place for our multigenerational family to stay during our Disney/ Universal vacation. It was close enough that we could bring our one-year-old grandson back to the house during the heat of the afternoons, while the young adults remained at the parks. The pool was very refreshing after a day in the heat!

3 weeks at bellavida
Publié le 13 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat property. Good commnication with owner, great location for disney 20 mins . Wallmart next door to bellavida. Cant fault property, great to have your own bathròom in every bedroom. Pool and hot tub are great to have. Would recommend having the pool heated.
85 inch tv is good in sitting area.Plenty of pots pans etc in kitchen. Just as a side note we hired a car from turo well worth it. No queues at airport no trying to get you to have upgrades and a fair bit cheaper. We had a very special holiday at this property and only wish we were all stìll there.
