However, we were surprised and disappointed to read your comments, as they contain inaccuracies that do not align with the experience we strive to provide. It's possible that your unsuccessful attempt to claim an ineligible refund could have influenced your mood and hence these baseless claims. We take pride in our vacation home rental services and have consistently maintained a good status. We also have been providing this service through other agencies and have maintained a super host status since the beginning. Our home is equipped with a range of amenities, including different types of towels, extra bedding, toiletries, and a smart thermostat system to ensure comfort for our guests. The thermostat system allows hosts to adjust the temperature as needed for their comfort. You have failed to mention that once I did give you the control of the thermostat (which usually goes against our policy) you didn't use it. Also, when you told us that you felt that the house was dirty, we immediately offered to send a cleaning crew (for free) but you said that wasn't necessary and declined. Furthermore, our property is meticulously maintained to ensure a bug and insect-free living environment. We also provide ample cooking utensils and pots in the kitchen, allowing our guests to prepare meals for most occasions. The specific baking utensil that you made a complaint to me about was a baking tray, which regular meals usually do not require. We find these negative comments not only disheartening but also surprising given the effort we put into providing a comfortable and enjoyable stay for our guests.
