Fantastic villa
Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe stayed for 2 weeks. Fantastic villa in a great location. It was spotless. Only neg point is there is very little cooking trays etc but we mostly ate out so this didn't affect our stay. Would 100% recommend and wouldn't hesitate to book this again. Thanks.

Beautiful home and area! Plenty big enough for 3 families to stay together and for everyone to have their own space to escape to. This location has a free shuttle that will come to the house and bring you to the clubhouse where you can enjoy the amenities! Was a lot of fun.

Doubtful to go through any Deconova properties again.
Publié le 31 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayI hate leaving 2 stars, but the water having black stuff come out of both the tap and the refrigerator were very unsettling. I conversed with the property managers deconova on multiple occasions regardimg the wifi, explaining that the ones they were saying to use were not visible, or connected, but with no internet access. (Again, internet not being available wasnt that huge as we were away most of the time) However, watching tv was impossible as you could hear the audio but see no video. I have video of that. There was something yellow stuck to the ceiling theoughout our stay(still not sure what it was). The back door as well, unless you worked really really hard for both doors to lock at the same time it was almost virtually impossible to keep locked. The amount that we spent for the few days here we at least expected there to be some dishwashing liquid or trash bags to use in the kitchen. Only due to the amount we spent. I dont remember seeing it listed as being there, was jist an expectation.
Our instructions were to talk to a guard upon arrival at the address provided(which was a virtual call to a guard who never verified who we are, just opened the gate every time) We didnt get an orange pass with a QR code until we went across the street to the waterpark and that guard said we needed one, printed one out for us, and asked us not to tell anyone. That tells me that the security portion thats included with these prices is not being taken seriously. My kids had a blast though
