This property was very large. Clean. The outdoor dining by the pool was a little off. Sat and waited for someone for awhile and ended up leaving to find somewhere else to go. The pool/ hot tub was great! Staff was nice. We did do the time share meeting there after asking a question about Disneyland that ended up being overwhelming. Never again.

I stayed Christmas eve and Christmas day. The property had Christmas lights that were beautiful when entering properly. Also Christmas decorations throughout property. I was looking for Christmas vibe and it did not disappoint. I would stay at property again may be an annual event.

The big orange bins with dirty linens sitting in front of the villa's days on end, begs the question of the management and their understanding of the customer experience. Walking into the lobby of a Vacation Club, where you are greeted in a public forum and asked your name for all those to hear, is lacking once again in the privacy and safety of your travelers. Also, after checking in being routed to a Concierge who is anything but...IF I wanted to be a Vacation Club member I would contact you. The accomodations are in line with the price. The Hide-a bed, lacked the right linens to be made for a nights sleep. No bottom sheet and no blanket. The room was set at 63 degrees, what a waste of $$$. It's December in Orlando.
