Hébergement très bien situé, toutes les commodités sont accessibles facilement. Beau patio extérieur, très tranquille.
Grande maison très bien divisée et aérée toutefois la propreté laissait à désirer. Palles du ventilateur et stores était très poussiéreux. Des gallons de peinture en-dessous de l'évier. Le tapis et la céramique étaient plein de tâches de peinture. Nous avons dû faire du nettoyage.
Un bon rafraichissement serait bienvenu.
Également on devrait avoir certains choses de base à notre arrivée. Nous avons dû acheter une lavette à vaisselle, des sacs de poubelle, etc. La seule poêle disponible dans un état assez ordinaire, tout collait.
L'air conditionné n'était pas très conviviale.
La laveuse fait un bruit infernal quand elle fonctionne.
Mais sincèrement avec ces quelques améliorations cet endroit est très bien et intéressant à louer.

Great apartment!
Publié le 20 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a lovely time staying in this apartment. It’s in a great location and the grounds are beautiful.
We have stayed in many apartments in the Disney area, but this one is the most well equipped. The sofas and bed (we only used one of the bedrooms) were really comfortable and the whole place was extremely clean and well kept.
The owner was extremely quick to respond to any queries.
We would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return at some point.

Relaxing visit to Florida
Publié le 23 juin 2024 sur HomeAway3 weeks in Florida. We have been to this resort before but not to this condo. Very clean, spacious, well equipped. Ample cutlery, crockery, utensils. Large fridge/freezer.
Condo quiet with swimming pool within 100 metres.
The bed was comfortable. Main bathroom a great size.
We did not use the twin room but the apartment could easily house 2 couples or a family of 4.
If we return here we would happily use this property again.

Publié le 16 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayAbsolutely PERFECT. VERY clean, close to everything Disney and MCO, rapid and easy check in process, Communication with host was great, Unit EXACTLY as described and had everything that they had stated.
I will def look for this one again when I am in the orlando area.

Publié le 15 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was our 5th visit to Bahama Bay since the resort opened. We love the location and overall grounds.
This particular unit needs updating. The living room furniture is worn out and has an unpleasant odour. The carpeting is also worn out and the carpet tacks are poking through between the hall and the kitchen.

I am sorry that you did not enjoy your experience with us - we will of course take note and I have asked the managers to review your comments. The furniture is as per the pictures and video, and was not (in our opinion) uncomfortable, when we visited in December, nor is it worn out - but again we will ask the managers to review)
Again - to the carpet grip strips, we will ask for that to be reviewed too, to see if they are poking through.

Always a pleasure
Publié le 19 févr. 2024 sur HomeAwaySecond time at this resort with this owner and once again enjoyed our stay. The two bedroom first floor was perfect for our family. Resort is close to Disney and tons of shopping and eating places. The resort has four heated pools and the grounds are immaculate and great for walking around. The owner operated apartment (Martyn Smith) keeps his property in excellent shape with all the comforts of home. We have already booked next year's stay !
