Welcome to Villa Levi-Style with original Levi-Style Art at Orange Tree... a unique villa that has just been renovated to the highest standards. This modern European-inspired-décor is ready for guests who expect the best and wish to have a holiday experience in luxury, without paying exorbitant 5 star hotel rates. It has four bedrooms (including two masters with King size beds) and three bathrooms. One baby bed and two high chairs are also available. When staying at the villa, you can expect nothing but the best.... flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and a 55' TV with soundbar in the family room, Apple TV, Music system in all rooms, Free Wi-Fi, fully air conditioned, ceiling fans in all rooms, fine linens, hotel quality towels and a fully equipped kitchen. What about two fully air conditioned (unique) game rooms??!! One featuring a pool table and an air hockey table. The other one a PS4 room with brilliant games. Enjoy the privacy of your south-facing pool and Jacuzzi with stunning view and a lot of privacy.... six sun loungers and shaded dining table under a big lanai with a cooling ceiling fan. Celebrating the Holidays
Our family had an amazing time celebrating the holidays at the Levi house. We enjoyed the heated pool and loved having meals on the patio. Our adult kids said it reminded them of the home. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

JUST AS LISTED!
We have stayed at many VRBOs and this was by far the cleanest. We all enjoyed our stay. My only complaint is I wish you could set the ac lower than 71, but that being said, I do run hotter than most. My husband was comfortable. We'll definitely rent here again in the summer!

Best place in 30 years of travel
I have been utilizing VRBO for many years and this house is easily the winner thus far. Spacious, well designed, clean as a whistle, great kitchen open to living space, excellent, spacious bathrooms and showers, comfortable beds, incredible pool / hot tub area (very private and clean) with a nice view of the pond / wildlife, etc. We enjoyed many relaxing, balmy evenings around the pool / hot tub and at the long table adjacent, swimming soaking, sipping cocktails, checking emailing and chatting with refreshing fans above to keep us cool. Great, clean, quiet, upscale neighborhood. Nifty pool table / air hockey room with 50's, 60's and 70's nostalgic musician artwork on the walls, bar stools and a lounge adjacent. Artwork all over the house that displays the the owners' good taste. I cannot say enough positive things about this property. You should not hesitate to visit this home. Best place I have stayed in my 30 years of travel. Hands down! Go now. You will love it, just as we did.

We have been to many villas over the years and whilst this is a little dated it has probably been the best. The pool could be bigger but was fine for what you needed but the garage conversion is great with pool table, table ice hockey and a ps4 but the garage is air conditioned which is a game changer and so we were in there loads. A lovely villa and will likely use again

Loved the location!! Far enough to get away from the crowds of Orlando but less than an hour to the parks. House was very spacious and the pool was wonderful. Everything was exactly as it showed in the pictures. We loved it!!

Family Vacation 2024
This property was exactly has presented to us. The Villa was clean was decorated and everything that we needed was furnished from the Kitchen to the bedrooms. The pool and hot tub was cleaned while we were there and maintained well. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. The Villa was located close to a plaza with a grocery Store and Gas stations. We look forward to staying at the Villa again in the future.

Great Spring Break
Great home for Spring Break with our teen kids. The private pool was relaxing in the afternoons after hitting the parks. Close to the grocery store. Well equipped home. We more than appreciated plenty of kitchen and bath towels, washcloths and pool towels. The only thing we wish was provided was liquid dish soap for washing pots/pans. Beds were comfortable. We would rent the home again.

I would have to say this was one of the best houses we have ever stayed at. It was clean and everything was just about perfect. The only improvements that could be made is to put knobs or handles on the kitchen cabinets, since they can stick. I would also recommend a dresser for the third king size room for long term stays. Other than this, we loved our two months at this house.

Perfect Holiday Rental
We rented this home in order to join my daughter for Thanksgiving. She hosted the dinner in her house, but I cooked some of the dishes in the rental house. My husband, other daughter and my son were the other people in the rental. We had my Florida daughter with her husband and 3 year old over for dinner and pool time and it was wonderful. My husband definitely wants to keep this property in mind for further visits

Excellent villa in a great location
We had a wonderful time in this lovely villa. Lots of space, comfortable beds and an excellent place to come back to after a day at the parks. This villa is in a nice quiet location with a good supermarket close by. I noticed that other reviews talk about the traffic but we really didn’t find it too bad. Most of the time all parks were within a 30/40 minute drive away. We would highly recommend this villa.
