Near Disney and USTA tennis campus - Pool Villa on the Lake - Stunning Views!

The gated community is conveniently located on the same road as the entrance to DisneyWorld (the Osceola Parkway), offering a more peaceful contrast to the busy theme parks. You will have the convenience of easy access to numerous restaurants and large stores without the massive crowds. If you are a tennis player, it is a quick, short drive to the USTA campus located in Lake Nona.

The most striking feature of this tastefully decorated property is the tranquil view of the lake conservation area. Because the house forms a horseshoe shape around the pool deck, this amazing view can be seen from almost all of the living areas thoughout the house. You will be mesmerized by just sitting out on the covered deck watching the changing the colors and wildlife pass by.

There are four bedrooms - one king master ensuite, two bedrooms each with a queen, one bedroom with two twins. There are three full bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. Utility room with washer/dryer. The entire covered pool deck as well as the pool and hot tub are screened. High speed internet and Smart TVs in every bedroom. All linens and towels provided. Fully air conditioned. Pool heat is provided upon request.

Guests staying at this gated community also have use of all Villa Sol's onsite amenities including club house, heated community pool and hot tub, fitness center, tennis court, basketball court, children's playground, fishing pier, hiking and biking trails.

great!
Hi we spent close to 3 weeks there. The villa is spacious ; you have here everything you need, in the villa and outside - tennis, fitness,... - very useful shops (dollar tree, walmart) the views and surroudings are awesome if anything is needed angela send someone to help and/or fix it! i definitely recommand going here.

The property was very convenient to the airport and USTA campus. It was as nice as the pictures presented. We truly enjoyed our stay. Also, Angela was very responsive when we let her know the internet was down. However, we did not have internet/television until the day before we left. Also, we were unable to use the pool and spa because it needed the internet to activate the heater.

The property described is accurate and looks like the pictures. Host responded quickly to any questions or concerns. We were all pleasantly surprised with the beautiful property, our Family had a blast in the pool, and also watching for wildlife near and in the lake out the back. The Sunrises over the lake did not disappoint. The flow of the home was nice, open, and allowed for 3 different living areas. We stayed for The Kids PANS Competition, the home was close to both Silver Spurs Arena AND the Airport. Hopefully we are blessed to vacation at this property in the future.

A great, relaxing stay
We had a great 9 days at Angela’s home. The property was exactly as per the description. Angela responded promptly to any queries. The pool is great with fantastic views over the lake. You really do get close views of the gators as they regularly swim close to the property, bring a small pair of binoculars for close up views! We hope to visit again in the future!

It's important to know that this property is remotely managed from 1400 miles away, which means the following in practice: (1) There is no one ensuring that the house is properly prepped and that everything is functioning properly. You, the paying customer, get to find the things that are not working, then call the owner, then either take on the problem(s) yourself or wait for the random part-time contractors who are charged with fixing the broken things you've found. If that role sounds appealing, this house is definitely for you. It was not for us. (2) When things are not working properly, the remote owner will insist that "trying hard" is a sufficient solution before concluding "well, sometimes things just happen". If that level of service sounds appealing, this house is definitely for you. It was not for us. (3) When the headline of the property includes a specific feature that is subsequently unusable for the entirety of your stay, do not expect a refund of any kind. If that transaction sounds appealing, this house is definitely for you. It was not for us.

It was very convenient for playing tournament at the USTA Center. No staples in kitchen but there are lots of great restaurants close. The view from the patio out to the lake was lovely and we spent our mornings and evenings out there!

Spring Break 2023
Beautiful house and pool/spa. Located in gated community and close to shopping, airport and all local attractions. Everyone enjoyed the pool and spa. Great home
We started off with being double booked for our first night so Angela paid for a night in a a hotel. We checked in the next day and were amazed by the house from when we first arrived till we left. The house was very clean and was nicely decorated. The master suite was huge. The pool and the spa were very nice and well maintained. However when the wind is from the north the planes fly directly over the house. If you are outside it is very loud and as often as one a minute for all day. We had a great time and really loved the house.

Beautiful home with a lake view
Loved our time in Angela’s beautiful home. It felt perfect right as we walked through the door. The kids all had their own comfortable beds and 2 bathrooms to share. And the master was fit for a king- plush bed, huge space, enormous bathroom with soaker tub and shower. But the best part of all was the pool and spa with the lake view- we saw so many water birds, turtles, one gator, vultures, and a bald eagle. Paid for pool heat which brought the spa up to a very warm temp and spilled into the pool to heat that as well- comfortable swimming in December! House looked clean, freshly painted, and all of the furniture and bedding was clean and cozy. Stay here! It’s a great spot to spend time away from home! Just to add- we did one day of Disney and it was about a half hour drive, but it also made the area around the home not nearly as congested- and there’s grocery and dinner options close by. All in all and excellent home! Thank you!!

5 star pool, hot tub, and location
Our kids were playing at USTA. Rental was close to that facility. Construction on Simpson road was not fun, but should be great when done. We were there during hurricane Nicole, but house is very sturdy and protected. Hot tub and heated pool were definitely the highlight!

Great 7 night stay
We were in town for a tennis tourney at the USTA National Campus, but squeezed in some trips to Disney and Kennedy Space Center. This house was a perfect distance from everything and felt very secure. There weren’t a lot of supplies for your stay so just make sure you bring as many things from home as you can. The Walmart and Publix are not far so you can grab any other amenities when you arrive. We ended up buying some box fans for the rooms that don’t have ceiling fans. It really helped at night since you can only set a thermostat to 74 in Florida. Any lower would probably freeze up the AC so just moving around the air is perfect. Hopefully that will help the next crew that stays. The pool and lake were an awesome addition to the visit and Angela is quick to respond to anything you need. The house could benefit from a few upgrades on the initial supply of basic items and perhaps in the kitchen appliances, but not bad overall for the price point. We definitely had a good time and would stay again. Thanks for an awesome place to stay on our trip.

We had a wonderful time in Orlando. The house owner, Angela, was very helpful and responsive prior to and during our stay. The house was perfect for a family, with great views over the lake from the pool … which the kids loved. Very convenient to Disney, Universal and the airport. The newly developed are around Lake Nona is nearby with some excellent restaurants. Great experience.

We really enjoyed our stay. We loved the patio area with the pool and hot tub. The location is great for visiting the parks and is also close to a Walmart and restaurants which is convenient. The home was clean and in good shape. We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at this property, even though there were a couple glitches. The pool wasn't available for four days of our stay due to needed repairs but the property owner worked with us for fair compensation. The pool was very nice and a great place to relax. The pond behind the house was very entertaining! We saw alligators, many birds, and a boar, all from a safe distance. It was great to watch! There are a few repairs which need to be taken care of but the property was clean and comfortable. There is great space in this property with very comfortable beds and furniture. We enjoyed our time at this property and appreciate the property owner's communication.

Fantastic Home
We originally intended to vacation with our son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren. They had to cancel so it was just me and my wife for the week. We had a great time. My wife couldn’t get over how nice and roomy the house We spent most of our time on the covered patio and in the heated pool and hot tub. We are going to rent again next year and make sure that our family can come.

Great Winter Getaway
Very nice house with lovely pool and hot tub. Awesome view of pond and conservation area that was filled with all kinds of wildlife. Great location that was close to shopping, restaurants, and Disney World. Very responsive and friendly owner who took care of all of our requests immediately.
