we spent close to 3 weeks there.
The villa is spacious ; you have here everything you need, in the villa and outside
- tennis, fitness,...
- very useful shops (dollar tree, walmart)
the views and surroudings are awesome
if anything is needed angela send someone to help and/or fix it!
i definitely recommand going here.

Publié le 15 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property was very convenient to the airport and USTA campus. It was as nice as the pictures presented. We truly enjoyed our stay. Also, Angela was very responsive when we let her know the internet was down. However, we did not have internet/television until the day before we left. Also, we were unable to use the pool and spa because it needed the internet to activate the heater.

Family Friendly
Publié le 2 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property described is accurate and looks like the pictures. Host responded quickly to any questions or concerns. We were all pleasantly surprised with the beautiful property, our Family had a blast in the pool, and also watching for wildlife near and in the lake out the back. The Sunrises over the lake did not disappoint. The flow of the home was nice, open, and allowed for 3 different living areas. We stayed for The Kids PANS Competition, the home was close to both Silver Spurs Arena AND the Airport. Hopefully we are blessed to vacation at this property in the future.

A great, relaxing stay
Publié le 15 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great 9 days at Angela’s home. The property was exactly as per the description. Angela responded promptly to any queries.
The pool is great with fantastic views over the lake. You really do get close views of the gators as they regularly swim close to the property, bring a small pair of binoculars for close up views!
We hope to visit again in the future!

Beautiful house

We enjoyed all the wildlife we got to see. Angela was very helpful and friendly and very quick to reply to any questions. Thank you for sharing your beautiful house with us.

Listing is not accurate
Publié le 31 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayIt's important to know that this property is remotely managed from 1400 miles away, which means the following in practice: (1) There is no one ensuring that the house is properly prepped and that everything is functioning properly. You, the paying customer, get to find the things that are not working, then call the owner, then either take on the problem(s) yourself or wait for the random part-time contractors who are charged with fixing the broken things you've found. If that role sounds appealing, this house is definitely for you. It was not for us. (2) When things are not working properly, the remote owner will insist that "trying hard" is a sufficient solution before concluding "well, sometimes things just happen". If that level of service sounds appealing, this house is definitely for you. It was not for us. (3) When the headline of the property includes a specific feature that is subsequently unusable for the entirety of your stay, do not expect a refund of any kind. If that transaction sounds appealing, this house is definitely for you. It was not for us.

Prior to this guest arrival, I was told by my team that the house was cleaned, the pool was cleaned, and the pool heater was on. After the guest arrived, the guest called to let me know that the pool heater was on, but the pool was not heating up. Sometimes it is a user error. I sent someone to the house to verify that the pool was not heating up. They confirmed with me that the pool was not heating up. They noticed the landscapers recently mowed, and there was a great deal of debris on and possibly in the pool heater. It was thought that perhaps maybe it was clogged. I sent someone out to clean it. I apologized to the guest for this inconvenience and immediately refunded the guest the money that was submitted for the pool heat. When the person was out there cleaning it, the guest came out and was rude and yelling at the person cleaning the heater. This pool heater was custom designed so that people could not mess with it and allow me to turn it on and off remotely. Unfortunately, the person who designed and installed it was out of the country on vacation. He was trying to troubleshoot with his team remotely, but they could not solve the problem. It was not until the guest left, and he returned from vacation and went out to the house that he found the disconnected wire that was causing the problem. During the guest's stay, the house was clean and everything else in this large house was working properly. The pool was clean and available for their use. There was also the community pool and hot tub which was just a short walk from the house. I understand the inconvenience of the pool heat situation and how it may have an affect on a visit. I did all I could to resolve this problem in a timely manner. Yes, I live in Boston and the home is in the Kissimmee/Orlando area, but I have an excellent local team there to meet my guests needs. In addition, if you read many of the other reviews posted for this property, you will see that the listing is in fact accurate.

Great for tennis team
Publié le 23 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayIt was very convenient for playing tournament at the USTA Center. No staples in kitchen but there are lots of great restaurants close. The view from the patio out to the lake was lovely and we spent our mornings and evenings out there!
