Hello, we are new to VRBO! Beautiful open layout - 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home, that includes two master bedrooms, & topping it off with your own private pool! Jetted bathtubs, Heated PoolSpa in a nice quiet and safe neighborhood, conveniently located. You’re just a 15 min drive to all Disney Parks! Close to all the action, but far enough to enjoy a nice quiet evening by the pool.

You also have access to the community center, which has a 24 hour gym & a neighborhood pool. Large common space for family fun!

Quick stay- just okay
We only stayed at the property fri-Sun. For the cost, it was reasonable. Beds were clean as was the bathroom. Please note the house is very dated and lacks upkeep. Pool deck needs to be power washed and cleaned. The picture of the chairs on the pool deck are not accurate. Only two lounge chairs and the wooden table with two chairs. Missing the additional two that are shown in the picture on listing. We ran into an issue with the sink backing up and they found it was a broken garbage disposal. Manager receptive and got it fixed by late afternoon. No toilet paper provided (listing says toilet paper provided) except the remaining of what was left on the current rolls in the bathroom. Overall, the manager was very kind and receptive. The property has potential, but I would not stay here again in its current state.

12 weeks in the sun
Booked a get away from the cold weather in Canada Love going to Florida each winter. Had a great spot. Easy to bike ride anywhere. Weather was lovely. A pool and hot tub, unfortunately do to a filter issue we did not have the use of them until after the 5th day. The host was GREAT at communicating with us and helped as much as possible. After getting the pool guy there all was fine. Was hoping for a discount on the first 5 days as the pool/spa cost 30 a day and we could not use them, I asked but did not get a reply. It doesn't help that he no longer lists with VRBO so there is no way of contacting him. But we had relaxing days SITTING by the pool soaking up some sun and seeing the sights...

Great House!
We had a great stay at Sal’s property! We had a little issue with the keypad getting in the house, but Sal was right on top of it and had us in the door in minutes! The house was extremely clean, super quiet neighborhood and really felt homey,, which most of the places we rent in Florida do not. We had a nice relaxing stay! The pool heat never got to temp, so it was still too cold for us, but I spoke to Sal many times and he even reached out a week after we left! On his end it was showing everything worked properly with the heater, but he said he was going to have it manually checked to make sure. All in all it was a great getaway! We only wished we could have used the pool! We’d definitely rent from Sal again!

Minimal care given to this home
We were told an earlier check in would be ok. We were also told pool and spa would be heated, neither of those happened. This home has not been well kept: ripped carpet, poorly painted walls, rusted lounge chairs(only two), mildew on screens, scraped damaged cabinets, mildew in shower, damage to flooring, dirty filter vent, bottle caps and cigarette butts around pool, dirty and mildewed pool deck, rusted entry way table Do not expect hand towels or bath mats in bathroom, comfortable beds or couch, sponge or dish soap, laundry soap, or working outlets in a master bathroom. The house is listed for sale by owner and it is evident nothing is being done to maintain this property for Vrbo renters. Communication from host was hit and miss. Overall a very disappointing experience. Hopefully this review will prevent future renters from the same disappointment.

the property is beginning to be a little dated. The garage was off limits which was fine as we didnt need it but it would have been nice to be able to use the GFCI outlets in the bathrooms but we managed without them. The Manager gave us the phone number but it did NOT work. For those of us with no data or U.S. phone plan it was inconvenient. Other than that it was pretty nice stay and the host was available very readily. This is our second time in this neighborhood as it turns out and while this house was not quite as nice as the other it was still pretty good. I would recommend this house but remind people that it is a pretty good drive to the airport and Universal. Disney drive wasn't too bad.

Pleasant stay, great people managing!
This was a really pleasant stay, the house was great, clean and organized. We communicated with the property manager and he was such a great help when we wanted to check out later or heat the tub. The neighborhood is really nice, overall a great place to stay.

Great location, clean home
This was our first experience with VRBO and it was great. The host was super easy to work with and was quick to respond to any communication. The neighborhood is quiet and clean. The pool was nice after long days at the parks. The only negative thing we found was every ceiling fan in the house was noisy but they did have lots of box fans so we just used those instead. We would book this home again when staying in Orlando.
