Look like they had bedbugs. The mattresses were dirty. The covers were dirty never stay there again. I should be getting my money back.

You all should treat your property like you care

There were stains on the sheets the room door was misaligned so opening and closing the door was a hassle and we noticed a few roaches during our stay.

Property Rebuild

your property needs an entire very serious upgrade, I mean whole property. Your rooms are horrible. I was looking for something pretty like the picture on your web page. I mean Wow no comparison what's so ever. Vert dissapointed.

I have pictures of the busted electric sockets, burn holes in our blankets, dirty. Definitely not as pictured. We were sent to our room, key didnt work twice, turns out, wrong room. The pool closed not long after we got there so didnt get to swim. Luckily it was just a one night stay. Elevator didnt work.
