Mignon hotel dans très beau site
Publié le 3 août 2016 sur HotelsHotel à recommander très bien situé dans quartier très agréable.Seul bémol il n'y a pas de salle petit déjeuner. Petit déjeuner simple sur plateau.

dans la banlieue d'Orlando, cette ville mérite l'arrêt pour les personnes qui sont amateur des oeuvres de Louis Comfort Tiffany car la ville dispose de la plus riche collection au monde de ses oeuvres;
dommage que l'hotel n'ait pas de piscine. mais le personnel est fort agréable et m'a conseillée pour une promenade à faire à pieds ou en jogging

The first night the A/C was not working at all. We moved into another room where the A/C was working but with a bad performance, liking water ALL night, what made our stay really uncomfortable. The night manager has the nails ( a man) the size of half a finder, was really disgusting.
The day managers (except for the last morning) never say "hello" or good morning or good night, the barely noticed us, they were always on their computers (except for the last morning were the new couple was really nice). So, I will not recommend this Hotel at all. Location is fantastic but there are are several options much better than this one.

Greetings Marcelo, I am sincerely sorry you suffered so many problems during your stay. That would never be our intention, and I know the front desk did their best to accomodate you when you made them aware. The second room they gave you was actually an upgrade with a lovely view of the Rose Garden with a lovely stone fountain. You can hear the quiet trickling of the water from your room, which for most creates a peaceful feeling of relaxation. It is procedure for our maintenance staff to report on the A/C as part of their inspection list upon a guest check out, and your A/C was reported in good working order (no leaks). Could you perhaps have confused the sound with that of the fountain? No matter what we hope you visit us again and allow us to show you that we really are a property of excellence.Pia Brenan, GM

Old hotel with character in great location.
Publié le 28 juill. 2024 sur HotelsThis hotel is a piece of history. It’s lovely inside and we had a room that opened to the long wrap around balcony overlooking the park. It was a wonderful place to have a morning coffee or a nightcap. The location in Winter Park couldn’t be better.
What you need to be prepared for are old and very soft beds (which could be upgraded)- small bathrooms (which they probably can’t really change) and extremely thin walls. It’s an old hotel and some things just can’t be made modern and so you have to just expect it’s not perfect. But it’s charming and worth at least one visit.
