Moisture seemed to collect in the room...very damp conditions...tile floor was then unsafe to traverse without laying all the towels down. Sheets looked as they they hadnt been changed between stays, therfore I wrapped myself in a throw I had with me. Due to damp conditions I tried to turn on heater, to no avail(not working) lamp not working had to move microwave onto dining chair in order to plug it in to wall...These are things that guests should not hve to contend with. Room C217 Staff in office were nice and professional.
