Clean, but damp.
Publié le 21 août 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was undergoing some renovations, to the lobby and to the eating area. So they used a room for the hotel lobby, which was often filled with housekeeping staff who were just hanging out. The hotel was very clean, but the humidity in the hotel room was so much so that the tile floors felt wet in the room felt damp, all of our clothing in our suitcases were damp. Our remote control did not work in our room, so we asked the front desk for batteries, and they told us that maintenance will come up to our room. Maintenance never arrived, we went back a second time And was told the same thing. However, maintenance never arrived. The breakfast was a five dollar fee if it was not included in your hotel rate. The offering was mediocre, at best, and not worth five dollars. Overall, the hotel was clean, and the pool and playground for kids was decent , but I do not believe that I will stay there again.
