Not the best stay at reunion
Publié le 20 juill. 2019 sur HomeAwayI don’t want to seem picky. I feel this trip was a tragedy of errors. on different levels.
1) check in time is 4 and the cleaning crew did not get done till 5:20.. and they still had not completed everything.
We all checked out the house which was really lovely, updated from the pictures on VRBO.. Beautiful!
2) front master bathroom shower door was not attached. Called front desk.. maintenance responded the following day.. so took a shower with out the door on.
3) key cards did not open the door. Had them rekeyed twice.. still didn’t work..had to leave the back door open to get in. Front desk said they were weak cards.. that you all where working on that issue?
4) we woke up to ants everywhere in the kitchen..coming out from under the microwave and the electrical outlet above counter. Exterminator came and put some kind of trap in receptacle. Next morning ...and the next.. the same thing.. we didn’t even want to cook in there. Brought kitchen cleaner with bleach to spray. The kitchen did not feel like a sanitary place to eat at all. That definitely needs to be taken care of.
Upon check out I listed these items. Your representative noted the items above. but that is all. I feel like a paid for a non usable house.. that I couldn’t get into or use the kitchen.
So you can see why this trip was totally disappointing.

Great property & would have given 5 stars if not for running out of hot water twice.
