No Good!
Publié le 10 juill. 2021 sur HomeAwayHorrible stay! Only two OK things were check in process and the location was close to attractions. Other than that the house was dirty when we arrived, garbage bins was filled to the top with prior guest garbage, therefore I couldn’t take my own out after two days! You can tell they do not clean bins because there was an infestation of flies everywhere!!! The house was worned down, absolutely nothing like what the pics showed! Furniture either broken or in extremely bad condition. The pool screens were broken and parts of the screen on the top were missing! The fence for the pool was broken so if you have kids you have to be extremely careful that they do not sneak into the pool while playing on patio. The pool was not 5ft! Definitely deeper! Also, I paid to have a grill by the house however they gave me a tank that was almost EMPTY!! I called for a replacement and they never came!
There were roaches in the house!!! One of the ceiling fans on the deck was hanging by its wires! Overall this house was not maintained at all!!!
I spent my 4 days just calling the management office and complaining throughout my stay! They came the third day to repair some things as well as pest control. However this should have been done prior to guest arriving!
