Perfect getaway

This property is a perfectly placed getaway. Far away enough to avoid the noise but still close enough to enjoy all of the wonders of Orlando/Kissimmee. My family enjoyed the spacious getaway. Will definitely book again

Mixed bag

The pool was so much fun and the house was spacious. Problems were when we booked we had said we were bringing our dogs and it was on the confirmation that they sent me I got a strange message saying that they CONSIDERED having pets, we never would have booked if it was questionable, but that got worked out , next the house was extremely sparce especially if you have a large group miss matching everything and really uncomfortable furniture except the master bed was comfy the guest bed was on the floor tho, missing art work blinds falling on the floor so as for a "luxury house" not really. Overflowing trash not the best first impression The worst thing was the fire alarm was going off for around 3 hours non stop loud ear piercing my dogs and family are tramatized one is a therapy dog. We called and called to try to get a answer on when they were going to fix it but of course they had no answer also did not take any responsibility they kept insisting it wasn't there fault they eventually fixed the issue and they did apologize for the inconvenience but it was " out of there control " I would not ever book with that host again.

Great location

Property is in a great location and well kept neighborhood. Furniture and supplies are in need of updates and quite worn.

Last min booking

Booked last minute as hurricane Ian made us change our plans. However it turned out well for us, Highland Reserve is an area we know well, the villa was the perfect size and close to local shops. It was clean and tidy but as with most holiday accommodations it could do with a little spruce up for example the living area couch had lost all support first time I sat on it thought I was going to go through 😂. The pool area was good and you get some beautiful sunsets! The kitchen had everything we needed, but we only eat breakfast in the villa as I don’t cook on Holliday we either eat out or have a takeaway. But did notice there was pots and pans? Overall very enjoyable stay.

Highland’s Reserve

We booked the trip at fairly short notice. The villa had all the facilities we needed. It is a little worn in places and there were no clothes hangers in property when we arrived, but otherwise it met our needs for the holiday. The location was great for getting to Disney, missing the busiest roads.

It was Ok

The house is clean and is as described on VRBO. You can see Disney and Epcot fireworks if you walk up the ridge in the backyard. The house has a lot of space for people to hang out in. We liked the sitting area in the front of the house. Overall though, the furniture could be more comfortable. The couch in the TV room sinks so low you might need to call the fire department to get out of it. There is only one TV. The beds were not comfortable. The pool was nice but the party before us left balloons and glow sticks in the pool. Pool deck could use some pressure washing. Overall, management was responsive to messages and the house created a space for us to make lasting memories. With little improvement this house could easily be 5 stars.

Beautiful quiet area
