It’s not new but VERY clean…. Breakfast area is also VERY clean. Thank you for accommodating with our small trailer !!!!

The property was close to the event we were attending. It appeared recently updated & clean. The breakfast area was clean and inviting. We had an issue in our room after arriving, the night person was apologetic and promptly changed our room! The next morning again the desk clerk was apologetic & was able to secure a room for us at a better rate for our return visit later that week.

Refused to waive puppy fee even though Governor DeSantis had issued a mandate that those seeking shelter during Hurricane Milton should not be required to pay puppy fee. Took advantage of those displaced due by a hurricane

We charge a 75 cleaning fee as cats and dogs have hair, and rooms must be taken out of service for deep cleaning to prevent any future guests with allergies from being affected. While this is an older Quality Inn & Suites, it is very well-maintained and a fair price. Also, the rooms are very sound-proof. We stay at this hotel in order to evacuate from gulf coast during hurricane Milton. I will definitely stay again if I need to evacuate. While I could not give the hotel a perfect 5 stars on every category, I would recommend it to others for a clean, comfortable stay.
