We asked for a glass of water and no one would give us a glass. The person at the front desk told us that we had to purchase water from the vending machine. Also breakfast was very limited-only had scrambled eggs, yogurt, toast and small bagels along with small pancakes. Horrible-not worth booking this hotel. So disappointed

I don’t have any complaints about this hotel. The building is old but the room are clean. For the price paid, it serves its purpose. The airport shuttle service is not available when we stayed, which is the main reason why I booked the service in the beginning.

Room dirty, old furniture, bed with a whole inside, shower extremely dirty and the pictures either have a lot of photoshop or they only have one good room in the entire place for pictures. Staff not receptive either.

It stated on the internet that there was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and there wasn’t. We ended up paying for 3 Ubers it would be nice to be reimbursed for them
