It stated on the internet that there was a shuttle from the airport to the hotel and there wasn’t. We ended up paying for 3 Ubers it would be nice to be reimbursed for them

Everything about the hotel, grounds, location and room were great. The only problem was I had a very important envelope being deliver to me at the hotel. I had spoken to the manager/staff at least 3 times to make sure it could be delivered and would be accepted. I spoke to them again the morning it was to be delivered and they said fine. Unfortunately when I checked the tracking to see why it wasn’t deliver UPS let me know delivery had been refused…….why ??? I even went and talked to the front desk and they said there had been no delivery attempt. Very unfortunate as I was leaving early the next day and had no way to get it from UPS.

14 years sure change a place.
Stay away. Used this property for a pre cruise stay. (Had stayed here back in 2010). Room and area smelled of marihuana, staff unable to fix and or change room. Breakfast was a joke so we went to Wafflehouse nearby. Airport shuttle suspended without warning. Had to pay for a cab. I DO NOT RECOMEND, EVEN FOR 1 NIGHT.

Ummmm the check in staff was great and very helpful. The property is very dated, stale smell in the lobby and rooms but it appears that management is trying to update it. Only choose this hotel for price point, quick sleep and shower. Enter rooms from the outside, second floor was dark and depressing. Didn't feel safe. First room wasn't pleasant, it had a stale smell and the guy next door was standing in his door way smoking. We didn't like the room but the front desk offered us another room on the first floor and it was much better. I suggest trying to get a first floor room if possible. The environment was alright, not much around, cabs are expensive so try Uber or Lyft. Check the rooms out first before settling in. It's budget friendly for the area only if you need to shower and sleep. Maybe management could try some Freeze or nice fresh scent, bright color paint to liven up the place. 15 - 30 minutes from the airport. Airport was super busy so allow an extra hour or two.

No elevator for this 2 story hotel. Breakfast starts no earlier than 6:30 AM, not even available partially at 6:25. Bed was comfy, room was fairly quiet.
