Avis B Resort & Spa in the Disney Springs Resort Area

Donna, the front desk welcome ambassador was outstanding. She is attentive, engaging and genuinely interested in the guest’s experience. So the stay started as an “10”. Unfortunately, Donna doesn’t get to run housekeeping, maintenance or the restaurant. Housekeeping required 2 phone calls after 4pm to get our room serviced; breakfast service was timely one day and almost non-existent on another; exterior door locks to the self-park lot were broken for more than half our stay, which prevented access into the hotel from the guest parking area. The shower lacked seals, so lots of water onto the bathroom floor. Room was very clean. Shower had small amounts of mold. Would not stay again in spite of the exceptional initial welcome engagement.

Very clean very friendly staff provided water bottles every time we came back from an outing rooms & bathroom very large I met a manager in the elevator he was very polite and his hospitality was excellent I will definitely recommend this hotel.
