The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making the check-in process easy and smooth. The location is convenient, close to shops and restaurants. Overall, it was a nice, affordable option, and I would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a quiet and comfortable place to stay.

The workers were nice and answered any questions I had. The only issue is the room was dirty, The tub looked nasty as crap. The towels left in the room had black stains in them. The toilet seat was yellow .. this a gas station in the hood toilet, and the blankets on the bed felt so dirty I bought one just to throw over it and sleep for the night. The next morning, somebody had left food in the garbage ( can foods and bags of food looked like they were kicked out ) anyways , THE WORKER WHO WERE ON DUTY WERE GOING THROUGH IT AND TAKING STUFF TO THEIR CARS !!!! it was definitely not something I would want my guest to see considering they don’t use gloves when cleaning room ( seen it with my own eyes)

I recently had an amazing stay at Serena Inn in Clermont. The room was super comfy, and the staff were the sweetest. They were always there to help, making sure I had a great time. I’d highly recommend Serena Inn to anyone looking for a cozy and welcoming place to stay in Kissimmee.

It so dirty and unsafe,the fool is dirty, the water is weak and no hot water. The Ac is ok. Not very happy about this place.
