Unfortunately the system was down when we arrived so we didn't get the room we reserved. We stayed in a handicap room which had probably the worst bed I've ever slept in. The staff was amazing and handled even the most disgruntled guests with patience and professionalism. Both young ladies were phenomenal. Apart from the horrific bed and room much more suited for people in a wheelchair than us, it was a very nice stay.
