The hotel was a little too warm for my liking. The air in the room would not go below 76°. The hotel has not been updated in quite a while. The staff was great!

Nice hotel

Hotel is nice and clean with a great pool and amazing staff. The rooms are nice with comfortable beds and pillows. The $18 a day for parking is steep especially since there was an arm wrestling tournament at the hotel where they allowed attendees to park for free on one of the days we were staying there.

We went to the pool's bathroom and it was dirty, additional we were having trouble with the parking gate

I stayed here for an event taking place in the hotel. Overall the hotel was good they upgraded our room to the club level. The room was nice. The lobby area was nice decent dining options. My girlfriend enjoyed the hot tub and pool. The only issue I had was the air conditioning wasn’t working in the area where the event was being held. It was so hot and there was so many people in there with lights going and everything it was pretty uncomfortable. They had the doors closed for hours until someone from the hotel finally realized how hot it was and opened the doors. Didn’t really help much with 400 people squeezed in there

Joseph, thank you for choosing Sheraton Orlando North Hotel for your event stay. It's great to know you appreciated the room upgrade and enjoyed the amenities like the hot tub and pool.Just to clarify, the air conditioning was actually working during the event. It just could not keep up with the doors opening and closing all the time, including the doors to the outside during a 107 degree heat wave. As you mentioned, they also had a LOT of lighting set up and there was a lot more people than 400, it was maxed out. Sorry the A/C just couldn't keep up! But we did want you to know that it was working and we did everything we could to try and keep it cooled down.Rest assured, the team strives to provide the best environment for all guests. We're glad the rest of your experience was positive and hope to welcome you back soon.

Our stay wasn't great. The room hadn't been properly cleaned before we arrived, and there was trash and beer cans on the balcony. The conditioner and body wash were empty, and there wasn't a microwave. The coffee machine didn't work, and the fridge door was broken. For the price we paid for three nights, it really wasn't worth it, especially since we've had better experiences at other hotels for less money. The only good thing was its convenience for the two-day event we were attending.

The room was filthy and poorly cleaned. Stains on the floor and mildew/mold on the tiles in bathroom, a/c didn't blow cold to keep up, a/c was leaking onto the balcony and the floor and walls outside were very dirty and gross. Room Reeked of years of smoke in it. Overall if i didn't have to be there for an event i would not have chosen this hotel after seeing the room.
