I really loved the look of the hotel, but when i arrived i was very disappointed when i got to the room, it smelt musty the carpet nearest to the window was damp two people in hotel room was only give one bottle of water. Only one chair to sit in, sheets didnt get changed the whole time we stayed, i kept four shirts in a suitcase when i went to pack the case and the shirts and case had gone mouldy where the carpet was damp.apart from that it a lovely place just needs up dating 🙂 Thank you

Great Staff, Mediocre Room
Publié le 15 oct. 2024 sur HotelsThe staff is super, especially the lady who checked us in. The amenities were lacking for a Sheraton. Only 1bottle of water for 2 people. No real creamer for coffee. Duvet covers are old, dingy, dated. Blanket inside the duvet was dirty. Bathroom sink was completely broken bottom from top and poorly repaired. Only one washcloth. HVAC unit is LOUD and so is the highway the room is next to.
