J'ai eu beaucoup de difficulté à faire leur processus de pré-arrivée, j'ai dû les contacter par trois fois (en leur parlant au téléphone au final) , pour afin réussir. Finalement, en 10 minutes ils ont annulé ma réservation sans motif connu et j'ai dû trouver une autre option d'hébergement dernière minute. J'attends toujours mon remboursement... à éviter

The room was clean but it’s a very old building. I believe there was an old apartments complex so they renovated it’s a lot of plants around it that is what it made it looks dirt a lot of animals and flies, mosquitoes, ants and spiders I don’t like them lol

Parking, too many others for the restaurant. Loud street noises. My building was housed with the restaurant stuff, loud noises and elevator.

I overall enjoyed my stay at the Wellborn. Everything was very well organized, tidy, and I really felt at home from the moment I walked in. It was also great to have a full restaurant a matter of steps away from the room. A couple areas of improvement could be some additional counter space in the bathroom and minimizing the noise from guests in their designated rooms. I heard a lot of random thumping in the middle of the night from people above me. But all in all, I would stay at the Wellborn once more in the future.
