We arrived to the property at night and had trouble finding the check in desk as the property was under construction and the check in area was in a vacant room. After check in, we were given a key card and we proceeded to find the room. The room numbers were not visible in certain areas. When we found the room, we used the key card and entered the room. As we entered, we quickly realized it was occupied. We left the room quick as we had no idea what was going on. At that point, my husband went to try to find the “check in office room” and my kids and I observed a “security officer” kicking random people from the pool area and the parking lot. We also observed another couple attempting to use their key card on a room door and their room was occupied as well. We were provided with another room later and as I had reserved a room with two double beds and a pull out couch as we are a family of 5, we only had two beds so my youngest slept on the floor. It was around 11:30pm at that point. I am sorry, but this place was awful and I was seriously concerned about my family’s safety the whole time. I would never suggest anyone I know staying there.

Decent

Room was great size for the price. Smelled very moldy. Kept getting the same confirmation email sent to me EVERY hour and customer service did not help.

Reasonable for the price

It was suite 2 rooms 2 queen beds one sofa bed easily accommodate family of six. 2 bathrooms. It’s spacious. The main disadvantage was the floor not clean. Need to have footwear. The AC was working good but little bit loud.

Great value and location

The 2nd bathroom, kitchen and extra space in general made our stay for 5 so much more pleasant!

Clean and lots of space!

It was nice to have a separate room for the kitchen. Above all, having two bathrooms was fantastic! With a teenager, this made life so much easier!

Just what needed

Great stay. Convenient, roomy. All the basics. Housekeeping was nice. Only thing missing was the net on the tennis court and maybe some weights in the fitness area.
