Nous avons rester ma famille et moi au spectrum et c'etait très agréable. Près des parcs de Disney , waterpark et très beau condos avec terasse.

Urine & blood stain on sheets, blanket stained obviously from the previous guests & sheets & bedding had obviously not changed & cleaned thefaucet in shower flew off the wall when my son turned on the water & hit him in the leg we told 3 employees at front desk & none of them offered any immediate concern other than one who said sorry about that, the other young lady seemed dazed & never made any comment although they did get someone to fix it . The roof /ceiling leaked! We were there running from Milton as we were from Tampabay one of the areas that was supposed to be a direct hit & we were very concerned about the ceiling leaking all down the main seam of the ceiling!! We were not offered any compensation on our stay & all 3 of the concerning issues we endured while we were there including my son getting hit in the leg when the shower faucet that flew off when he turned the water!! At the very least we should have received a call from a manager regarding those concerning issues! We would have possibly returned back in the future but since we have received no contact from them with a follow up about what I reported directly to their staff we have strongly reconsidered not returning!

Property was clean and very relaxing. Other than hurricane Milton we had a great time.
